I recently purchased another used laptop from Clio Computers. This is my second used laptop from them. I bought the previous one 7 years ago. It is still a great machine and continues to provide flawless service after all those years. Not one thing went wrong with it, and it is still being used today. However, because the display has recently been experiencing some problems and support for Windows 7 is going away in January, I decided to "upgrade". Of course, Clio Computers was my first stop. I'm a retired software & systems analyst, and believe that, for the average person, buying a used computer from a reputable place like Clio Computers gives one the greatest value for the money. But, if you want a new machine, Clio Computers has them as well at very affordable prices. They thoroughly check out each machine, (new or used) repairing and upgrading the used ones where needed. I'm confident this new (to me) laptop will provide years of great service as did the previous one. If something does go wrong, then I'm just as confident Clio Computers will be able to solve the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to Clio Computers for a new or used machine. read more

I NEVER leave reviews, but Paul & Patti at Clio Computers deserve a shout out!! I have a 24" Dell All-in-One computer that was less than 2 years old when the hard drive failed miserably. I was looking at losing hundreds of pictures and documents had I not called them. They were able to get ALL of my "stuff" back & replaced to hard drive! This all took place on December 23rd & I had it back on Christmas Eve!! I can't say enough about the friendliness & professionalism they exhibit. Singing praises for Clio Computers. My laptop was old and giving signs of nearing death, then i dropped it. It struggled on for a few months. One day it powered down while i was using it. I knew it was over. I live on a fixed income with little for extras. Having used their services before with excellent results, i went in fearing the worst: that all my files were lost forever. But the good crew at Clio Computers were able to recover them. They also had a selection of used laptops in my price range. They had me set up and ready to compute in record time. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I was upgrading my computer and I purchased a PC through them. My original set up for my monitor, however, didn't seem to like this new PC. As my old one was from 2005, and I don't know much about computers, I took my granddaughter and myself to Clio computers with the entire set up to figure out what was the problem. Over three days, and multiple visits, they hooked me up with a new DVI cable for free. Everything works perfectly now, and I can't thank them enough for how patient they were with me. I have known Paul Lee for several years and although he is in MI now and I'm in WA state I still go to him for my questions about computers. He built a computers years ago for us and we have been so happy with it. So I went to him several weeks ago when we were looking for a good brand of laptops. Service exceeded my expectations. After replacing broken case they discovered video did not work, they ordered a new one at no additional expense to me as they did not provide on additional quote. It took 3 times getting new camera, the first 2 were not acceptable. They then ordered from another supplier -- worked great. read more

Fast service! My computer's windows crashed, plus needed some repairs on the case, where the AC adapter plugs in. They estimated repairs quickly and we determined that it would make more sense to replace it. They sold me one that they had instock, and uploaded all of my data in no time.
