Jimmy texted me to let me know what time I should expect the installers to show up. He even informed me that he would show up him self a little bit latter in the day to check on everything. They started around 9am in the morning. They introduced themselves to me and let me know what they were going to do and what to expect. As the day progressed they kept me informed and also were awesome to show me what they were doing and asking if I had questions on anything. My kids were watching them through the windows and everyone was so cool that they waved and smiled at my kids. Jimmy even showed up talked to me and what was really cool was to see that the owner had brought everyone lunch. They finished up around 5ish and picked up all of there stuff and made my place look like it was when they left. By far this was a awesome experience with the owner and the crew. Caleb came to our home, looked over the project of replacing our old furnace and a/c. He assessed the project, explained our options, answered all of our questions and provided us with a detailed quote. Equipment was ordered and they were able to work us into their schedule in about a week; (over a week ahead of the initial date which was 3 weeks out)! This was wonderful as the weather had turned cold and our old furnace was barely working. Two guys showed up at 8:30 am and got right to work and a little later 3 others came to work also! By 4:30 they had removed the old furnace and a/c and completely installed the new furnace and a/c and had it all up and running! They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful, going above and beyond the required amount of work necessary. Also, they picked up as they worked and completely cleaned the worksite both indoors and outside afterwards. After his assessment of needs and meeting with him face to face, it was obvious I could stop my search for the best way to go. His more than competitive all-inclusive pricing sealed the deal. The installation itself was more than I could have hoped for. He and his crew - Matt Sharron, electrician; James Bunker, mechanical contractor; and Dave Murany - were spectacular! They were so respectful of the fact that I had to let my dogs outside sporadically, being certain that the gate and doors were always shut. The install itself was polished, for lack of a better term. All spots cut into the house were sealed cleanly - they even neatly resealed pipes into my house from my AC unit installed by another contractor as that certainly wasn't close to the professional job done by these guys. Cleanup was fantastic. First time I haven't had to clean after contractors left the premises. They didn't leave until I had a clear understanding of what to expect with the generator. Glad Shawn offers maintenance plans, so he'll check out the unit twice yearly. Plus, if problems arise, he's always available.
