I was told by the owner that his son was a "wizard". Well, we didn't get the wizard, we got someone who didn't know what he was doing (young kid). The job was not done in a way that would have made the yard repair easier for the homeowner.

Also said I needed a new log set and nothing was to code (My house was built in 98) Well come to find out after I reached someone else for a second opinion my remote setting needed to be turned off (because I was never given a remote) and then BAM we had fire. It was just a setting that had to be changed and a wire moved basically. Took him all of 15 minutes max and $120 service fee.
