I had the tractor about 3 months; I put about 9 hours on it. Something happened to the hydraulics. The store agreed to pick the tractor up for free and I am an hour away. The issue with the tractor was pretty costly considering parts and labor. They asked me for a little time and we would work it out. The parts were ordered and the tractor was fixed in 3 weeks. They called me and let me know that it was nothing I did and they took care of the cost and the delivery back to me. I am a customer for life. I feel most companies would not stand behind their products and customers like they did. I thank everyone that helped me from sales and service. See you again.
