Flint New Holland Kubota installed a new loader on my tractor and did some repairs, rebuilt the…read morefuel pump and fixed the front axle which had water mixed with oil in it. Not only did they strip 2 bolts on the loader by torquing the bolts into an aluminum housing they didn't grease the fittings. After approximately a week or two I had a cross member fall off under the motor, from the loader. And that's when I noticed the stripped bolts. They fixed it. It hadn't been running right since they rebuilt fuel pump. Very hard to start. Called them back. They said I had a mouse nest in the dash that had eaten some wires and connectors. Fixed it. Yes they did charge me, no problem. The problem was that it still started hard. Got to the point where it wouldn't start at all. Of course my post digger was half way into the ground. Both the service manager and the technician that had done all the previous work on it couldn't figure out what was wrong. Got it back to dealership and they tell me it has little to no compression!! 3-5K to rebuild motor or if real bad replace motor. I say no bring it to another mechanic. He replaces the injectors, fuel rail and pipes, battery, starter. Tractor starts right up and has run great for a few weeks now. I call the service manager and he said it had a little compression. I question if the motor is running better now than ever, how can you say that. His answer was.....it won't last. I've spent over $6,600 on a loader and repairs for a Kubota B2710, at this shop, and this is the treatment I get. How do these people sleep at night. By the way the total put into Tractor for fuel rail, pipes, starter, injectors and battery. Battery was fairly new so that didn't cost anything. Was just $440.00 before I got my core charge back on injectors. Total $400!! Lot better than 3-5K. Disgusting

When I got the tractor home the lights didn't work they said well bring it back we will check it out pshhh. I said no come here well I had to fix the issue myself they messed the wiring up. The cab bolts all vibrated loose. The door handles and grab bars are all fallen apart they said they don't care. This tractor has 290 hrs on it and the front wheel just fell off, they never torqued the lug nuts .... they said it's my fault lol what kinda of tractor at 300 hrs has its wheel fall off

That's the wrong price Cindy his girlfriend stated she would call on Monday 19, 2020. Cindy called on Tuesday morning. She was very rude. Asked her when they could deliver it. She stated you have to sign paperwork first. I stated I can come in now, before I do I need a delivery date. Cindy stated she would call back. Never called back. I called them. Cindy said let me get Paul. Paul was very nasty when he got on phone. He stated you need to come in and sign paperwork before I can tell you a date. Stated he can't run a business like this. All I needed was a delivery date. Seemed shady. Keep in mind I had already been approved for financing a week ago. I called two other good companies on the same tractor. Both gave me a date as they had them in stock. So I am going to a reputable dealer tomorrow. Aeschliman Equipment Whitmore Lake. Scott told me we can get it to you this Saturday if you come in tomorrow Wednesday 10/21/20. I guess they would like the $20K

Mower had less than 5 hours and would not stay charged. Voltage Regulator. They could not get the part - not their fault. Asked about a loaner so we could keep mowing - NO. We paid for a service to cut the lawn from April until early October. Asked about getting the oil changed while they had it - they wanted $100+ for that - could not even throw in a complimentary oil change after we had to pay a service $250/month while this establishment had our mower. Garbage. This is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone - in fact I will tell people to avoid it at all cos

The first time we called, someone in sales told us that we could come in and buy a new battery because the ones that come with it are "junk". Really? I spend top dollar for a new mower and they suggest I purchase a new battery? This time they have had our mower for 8 days and we've had to pay to have someone mow our lawn. Hey, fix this problem or give us our money back. They talked us out of purchasing at a big box store, but at least that company would have replaced our mower by now. So sad to see the service has tanked since the relatives have taken over.
