We bought our Lawn Tractor a couple years ago everything went fine....But heaven help you if you take it in for a repair at the service center...they had it over a week no phone call about the delay or what had to be done! We finally called as are grass is over a foot high and we get oh yeah we were going to call you and tell you we were waiting on a belt !!!! They call later in the day and say ok it's done and that will be 700 and something I don't remember the exact number because I was getting ready to have an attack!!! First of all I don't recall anyone calling us to authorize doing work for that amount of money and second are you fricking kidding me not only would I have not authorized that but I would have bought anew lawn mower before I would pay that for a tune up and a belt!!! They fixed tire by putting a tube in it. It was delivered the next day. After unloading my husband checked it out and told the delivery person it wasn't fixed. He called Ball and spoke to Paul. He explained that it was not working correctly he stated he would talk the tech and call me back. It has been over 4 weeks and still no call. I guess they were just waiting the 30 days warrantee out. Extremely disappointed in the service. Purchased a brand new Polaris ranger and rode it twice and steering went out. Rented a trailer to return and dropped off days ago. Apparently just a bolt but it will now take another week! Now need to rent another trailer once "repaired"! This is inexcusable on a brand new expensive machine. What will go next? Do not recommend. Not getting anywhere with Polaris either. Bad purchase decision. Go elsewhere. No offer to expedite repair or reimburse for trailer rental either not to mention ruining an upcoming trip up north! This is an ongoing review and score may change. I dropped a weed wacker off there 20 days ago to have the carb replaced on it. I still have not got it back. Ball is not on the ball. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow. Either they don't care or just don't need the business. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Got my weed wacker the next day after posting. But had to take back as it ran horribly. Took almost another 3 weeks and finally running good.Upped review to 2 stars as so far it seems to be running a lot better but come on, almost 6 weeks?? read more

every time I take my sportsman in it cost me more money down the road. took it in last year because the brakes went out. go it back weeks later. they replaced rear master cylinder and front brake line. 30 miles later AGAIN no front or rear brakes! I tear it apart to find front brake lines leaking and pads are almost to the steel backing plate. rear brake pads are completely worn through and half the caliper piston is ground off! So glad I had the "experts" go through and check the brakes out!!! oh and I almost died when the brakes went out because I couldn't stop at the intersection and flew out across oncoming traffic in front of a semi!!!!
