I called JD, explained my issue and was promptly told that he was not going to touch my machine, he said it was an insult to his work that I didn't contact him first before attempting to fix it myself, I explained that I didn't mean to insult his business but was only trying to save money. I made a mistake and I was very willing to pay him whatever the cost would be. Needless to say I threw away his business card that I've had attached to my fridge for a long time. They came same day, and we're clean, respectful and quick about diagnosing the issue. Once parts were in, they returned to install. The tech told me the new pump supplied by GE worked, but was noisy, and he was going to order and install another new one. But I could use the washer in the meantime, so it didn't bother me. I appreciated that they surely saved me another costly repair in a short time. They would not accept payment until the second replacement was installed. This place truly is First Class.

She was fabulous and got me a tray for my 6 little squares to carry to the car. Each little square of 4 segments was only $2. I got out of there for $13 whole dollars! Now that's a deal!
