I went in because I was starting my search my search for a new vacuum. I had very specific needs, and I told him what I wanted. He was able to tell me the difference between brands and models and show me various model issues on machines in for repair. Then he showed me two machines that would work for my needs, but this was not a high pressure sales pitch. He was perfectly neutral about a sale, which made it easier to decide. Once I'd made my choice, he showed me which replacement bags I'd need and accessories I might want. Again, this was neutral. Super easy check out because his prices were better than online, and I enjoyed working with the owner.

They came same day, and we're clean, respectful and quick about diagnosing the issue. Once parts were in, they returned to install. The tech told me the new pump supplied by GE worked, but was noisy, and he was going to order and install another new one. But I could use the washer in the meantime, so it didn't bother me. I appreciated that they surely saved me another costly repair in a short time. They would not accept payment until the second replacement was installed. This place truly is First Class.
