So they came to my house to do absolutely nothing but stand and talk about how he can send me someone to fix my problem for more than my refrigerator cost brand new. I got a call the next day telling me they were going to return my service fee. I thought it was for my troubles. nope. they told me that they will no longer fix my washer. they do not want to deal with Samsung appliances anymore. I pleaded with them to come fix it. all I was told was the owner said no. I had been waiting almost 3 weeks for my washer to be fixed. they can fix it. they chose not to and screwed me over. this is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer. if the part was correct the first time I would have had my washer fixed. but someone messed up the order and I get screwed. most businesses would try to fix a mistake. Kearsley appliance turned their back on me. very unprofessional.

Called Kersley Appliances here and within 30 mins he precisely detected what the culprit was. Daniel said it was something else (the motor) which would cost $400 +, well it was a $100 part. I recently tried to replace my water inlet valve on my washing machine, (just trying to save $$),needless to say I had no luck reassembling the machine. I called JD, explained my issue and was promptly told that he was not going to touch my machine, he said it was an insult to his work that I didn't contact him first before attempting to fix it myself, I explained that I didn't mean to insult his business but was only trying to save money. I made a mistake and I was very willing to pay him whatever the cost would be. Needless to say I threw away his business card that I've had attached to my fridge for a long time. They could deliver it on Tuesday (this was Saturday) this is the second purchase i have made from them - and it will be the last. I asked about financing. was shown a paper with .02999 interest. since it would be paid off in a month or two that was ok. I wanted the charge put on my ABC credit card. they did not - they opened a new account at Fortiva in Missouri. I was not given the application for credit. i was told about the interest but was not told about the interest starting the day of the sale. Nor was i told about the 72$ annual fee. when i called the store i was told - well you signed the paper. the refrigerator was delivered - it isn't even the one i bought. It is 36 inches wide and the opening is only 34. We had to really work to fit it into the space available. The salesman was working on four different customers while working on my sale. How easy for him to claim he told me about the annual fee and the daily interest. I will be needing a new washer and dryer soon - i am sure i will be able to find one at Best Buy - cause it sure won't come from ABC Warehouse. terrible customer service.
