Long story short- had a water leak just before New Years, called around and made an appointment with another company for the day after the holiday. I woke up that morning to a text message saying "can't make it, may want to find someone else". Well I did and I called Ries Drilling Well and within the hour they were out and started the repair. I can't say enough about the professionalism in both the owner Scott and his crew. They found and repaired my week long problem in just one day. Just want to complement Ries for their super service. I was having problems with my pressure tank and had called two other well service companies who didn't bother returning my calls. I called Ries, and spoke to them briefly about my issue. They had a team in my driveway within a couple of hours. Two knowledgeable, personable, young men who obviously loved their work, quickly diagnosed my issue, gave me a fair estimate, which I quickly accepted and did my repair. Highly recommend, i know they are super busy but still made time to look at one of my wells for a complete cleaning and inspection.

My son, Matt Martin, is an organic farmer in Armada, and he waters his crops from his well. His well pump failed, but because it was so old, it could not be extracted. Because he desperately needed water for his greenhouse, Reis Well Drilling gave him top priority and drilled a new well for him almost immediately. Not only that but they found a fresh water vane 40 feet down, and his new well is producing the best water he has ever had. ( Old well was 140 feet but water from it had a salty taste.) They had drilled several other wells in the area, and they knew where to look. Matt could not have been happier with the results. I think other well drillers would have drilled down to the same depth of his old well and charged him much more. read more

I have used Ries twice now. The first time, my well pump went out late at night. I called Ries first thing in the morning and Scott came out that same day. He was able to install a new pump right away for a very fair price. The second time I called Scott, my connection pipes coming from my well tank had started to deteriorate because I have extremely salty water. I texted him a picture and he came out the very next day. Replaced the tank and connections. Again, superior service at a very fair price. They are very knowledgeable and honest. Don't hesitate to use this company. I wouldn't use anyone else. read more

They were very professional, competitively priced and very responsive when we had to replace our pump and tank. They took their time to do it right, (I watched over their shoulder quietly and noticed their attention to detail and skilled workmanship). DO NOT hire them to do your pressure tank. Complete RIP OFF. Replaced a switch that did not need replacing and then over charged me for install, labor, and fittings they never even put in. So angry.......had to write my first review ever. read more

This company over charges and tries to talk you into buying other things that you don't really need.They tracked mud all over my white carpet in my basement and new carpet in my hallway.I'm so mad I didn't need the extra charge for carpet cleaning. read more
