The next morning he arrived on time, Removed the old system, and installed the new system. My water pressure is 100% better, dishwasher cleans my efficiently, and filtered water taste Amazing!!!! I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. But the lady who answers phones and takes appointments is not customer service friendly at all she is just straight up rude. she basically told me that the whole house water filter had to be replaced and a bracket put on it but that will cost $450 I have to pay for something I didn't mess up or break.

After hour we new to make a call and a card in the well house said Rycerz of Richmond. We leave a message with Mr Rycerz. Sunday morning early they arrive. My husband Don and I do not want replacement parts from Home Depot. Rycerz recommended they get quality Well Pressure Tank from the supply house on Monday morning. We definitely agree completely!! Plus they said it was undersized and they wanted to install larger tank which my Husband had already was figuring out it was too small and poor quality tank. We both felt it was worth getting it done right and nothing to mess around with. Monday morning Rycerz pulls into the driveway before 8am and calls us were here and heading to the Well house.
