They have to behave like professionals, answer and return calls, know what they're doing, be patient with the consumer and their concerns, as well as have top notch, post installation consumer care. Also, can't fail to mention clean up after themselves, that's a special concern when you have dogs running the property, you don't need a nail in their paw... We have a ranch home, along with an attached three and a half car garage, so plenty of roof... tear off, replacement, clean up..all completed, in 20 hours! 12 hours the first day and 8 the next! Scheduling was easy, the consultant was on time and prepared, and the quote and financing options were competitive. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the roof quickly, even with two existing layers to remove. We also appreciated the progress photos and prompt follow-up with the invoice, financing paperwork, and final inspection scheduling. Our main concerns were communication, cleanup, and safety. We did not receive a response when we asked for a dumpster delivery time which made planning garage access difficult. We were also told the generator and A/C units would be covered, but they were not. Cleanup during the job was not as thorough as it should have been, with debris blowing into our yard and a neighbor's yard and damage to a security light and gutter flashing. We also observed that no one working on the roof appeared to be using fall protection, which was concerning given OSHA requirements for work over 6 feet. In the end, the roof itself appears to have been installed efficiently and professionally, but better communication, cleanup, and attention to safety would have made the experience much stronger.

Would not recommend this company!…read more I tried contacting Chad who was the project manager on two occasions, and he could not be bothered to return my calls. The first issue was not notifying me that materials would be delivered to the ROOF, which made a considerable racket, and absolutely terrorized my elderly dogs. Every other roof job that I have had, had ground delivery of materials which was not a problem at all. Had I known, I could have removed the dogs from the house prior to delivery and it would have been a non-issue. The second issue was the mess that was left behind. I had to pick up blowing trash from the roof bundles, and we had a littering of roofing nails on our deck, sidewalk, dog kennel, and driveway. We could not even use our driveway for several days, and we still don't, for fear of picking up nails on our tires. These type of issues were never a problem with previous roofing companies, but the fact they seemed unconcerned was really annoying. I have never had a phone call to a service provider go unreturned, so why Chad couldn't take the time to return my calls was a mystery. As a person paying for a service, it was really down right rude, and unprofessional.
