Plus, with all the rain we've had, the gutters were literally taking a beating this summer and needed attention. After getting several estimates, C&G gave us an awesome quote and came out in person to check out our building. While it's not a tremendously huge building in comparison to some others in the area, it was still going to be a lot of work due to the amount of debris that we had going on there. Two really nice guys showed up and not only did the entire building in two hours, but tacked back up the gutters that were falling off the side of the building as well. They also cleaned up their mess and hauled it away from all the stuff that got blown out. The owner has been very nice on the phone and personally apologized for the inconvenience and helped resolved the service issues! I would recommend the service but make sure to call and ask for services included in the package, The dryer vent cleaning is only included in some packages if it's on the 1st floor. October 2026. The new dryer was not getting the clothes completely dry. Upon inspecting our clothes…read moredryer exhaust vent I found it to be about 80-90 percent blocked. I called AM Pure Services and was happy to hear they could respond the same day. Jeremy arrived at the house and after hearing the facts formulated a plan to clean out the debris in the hard pipe vent. After completing, he inspected the " out-of-site" areas with a camera and found more debris at the end of the exhaust pipe. He then proceeded with another operation to clean that area and after re-inspecting found some lingering material still on the sides of the exhaust vent. So for a third time he went back into the exhaust pipe and re-cleaned the area. Upon reinspecting he found all of the material completely gone. He showed me the camera view and we both agreed the exhaust vent was now cleared. He cleaned up the work areas and put everything back as it was before he started. The dryer now works great and completely dries the entire load.
