I'm helping him by reporting this to BBB and Michigan's Attorney Generals office. Shame on them. This happened at the Bay City store. Were going to speak to our lawyer too. This is just wrong. The people behind the counters' know nothing, and strung him along for five months. He was even told not to talk to them and ask for the people who make the system's. DO NOT GO HERE! I stopped in to get a phone case for my phone a few weeks ago. They didn't have any…read morein for my phone but they said it would be here in a few days so I could still pay for it now and they would call me as soon as they got it in. It was going to cost $27.89. Fair enough, I was told it was a good brand. I paid and left the store. A week went by and I had heard nothing. Another week went by. Still nothing. I called them, asking them where the phone cases were and they said they still hadn't gotten them in. Obviously. (A month had gone by by now). Curiosity got the better of me and while in Saginaw one day I stopped at the Verizon Store in Saginaw, on Bay Road. They were extremely helpful. When I told them of my issues with the Frankenmuth store, the guy told me that that phone case is one of the worst you can buy. He showed me reviews on it, sure enough. It cracks, breaks, and does everything but protect your phone. I was not happy. He showed me a different phone case, one that I actually liked better, and even gave me a discount on it to where it only cost me $12.48! He told me if I called back the Frankenmuth Verizon, and told them everything, they should give me my money back. I did just that, they however, didn't agree with me. According to them, because it was over a month, I can't get my money back... Even though I had yet to receive my phone case! I was soooo mad. I ended up calling the Saginaw Verizon back, they called the Frankenmuth Verizon, who finally, credited my card with $27.89. I will never again do business with the Frankenmuth Verizon. They con you to get their cut of a sale and have a hard time with customer service. Instead of wasting your time here, go to the one in Saginaw! Much, much better!
