I think I was searching renovation when frankly the job I wanted was demolition. He had an opening and a crew, I had a flexible schedule, so he came and removed the basement. Fair price, courteous and polite, removed what I wanted. Frequent check ins. On time. What more could you ask for? Turns out I probably have another project for him... we ran out of time and steam last week, but I'm calling him again. Edit: Called him again. This time for a deck and raised garden. I hate to say I probably have more projects for him...it just sorta piled up. Anyway, did a great job! Highly recommend.

He quoted his minimum and I agreed. He included trimming a large hedge in the front and a number of low hanging tree branches. He also fixed a fence with several new panels for just the cost of materials because he said the labor was included in the original quote. Everything was done well. The yard looks great. Notified the owner Mr Clements and also I sent pics of the trash and the drip edge was poorly installed where some areas have gaps, bent areas and broken piece. 2 days later no service call has been made so meanwhile hubby had to climb on an unstable ladder to clean the side and back gutters. After sending videos and pictures he responded that was alot of trash and went on to say he's leaving Sunday for vacation and will send someone out next week but there are 4 days left before vacay starts. What a nightmare.
