Woke up with no running water yesterday; called a plumber. Plumber confirmed that our well pump…read moreswitch was sending power to the well pump, and told us to call a well drilling service. Called half a dozen and Lyon's was the only business who picked up their phone. They initially weren't positive if they'd be able to come out the same day, but called me back to confirm that they'd be able to, and showed up exactly when they estimated. The technician they sent was extremely knowledgeable and entertained my idiot homeowner questioning. He confirmed that the well pump was actually running and installed a pressure gauge, which showed extremely low pressure. Then he asked me if my garage had water running to it; it turns out it had several gallons of water pouring out a burst pipe. We shut the water off to the garage and he confirmed that the house was building water pressure again. After all the work to inspect the pump, install the new pressure gauge and confirm functionality Lyon's charged me less than the plumber who initially came out. Would definitely recommend.

We had all the overgrown foundation landscape removed, the rocks from all the beds removed and several large boulders repositioned. They spread 30+ yards of topsoil and seeded the areas, leaving the foundation beds for planting. We are very impressed that 2 young men worked as hard and efficiently as they did, arriving promptly and working well into the evening. We feel we paid a very fair price for the work done.
