They're extremely honest, don't inflate prices and are very good at repairs. It's better than driving down to the Apple store near Detroit for any repair or tech issue and I wouldn't want to send any of my devices in for repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased the internet for June and July and was not told the refill code was on the receipt. Well now the receipt is gone and they won't refill my internet for July even though they can clearly see that it was paid for. The I guess so called store manager is who he calls himself is rude as ever. I stated to him that he did not inform us of the refill code on the bottom of the receipt and he just sat on the phone saying nothing. He then stated there is no way he can pull up the receipt. I then went to another Boost mobile and was told by that manager that he should be able to view the transaction in his pos system and there's no excuse for his unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this location at all. I feel like we should have been informed of every detail when purchasing products and services.

A little over a year it refused to charge properly using the Samsung's own charger. Shortly after this it bulged out a half inch in all directions. I let it sit around for another 10 months before I went by the store again. The 2 new salesman told me that the definition of "lifetime" is the battery's lifetime, which can be any arbitrary number - not "as long as you own the battery." THIS IS CLEARLY DECEPTIVE PRACTICE AND DESERVES LITIGATION JUST ON PRINCIPLE.
