I have taken my iPhones in here a few times for repairs. The last time was for water damage and rice stuck in the charging ports. My new iPhone was repaired within minutes. If it can be fixed, they will do it in a jiffy and at a low or affordable price. They didn't price gauge or try to upsell products or do extra unnecessary repairs or try to inflate what's needed. They're extremely honest, don't inflate prices and are very good at repairs. It's better than driving down to the Apple store near Detroit for any repair or tech issue and I wouldn't want to send any of my devices in for repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased the internet for June and July and was not told the refill code was on the receipt. Well now the receipt is gone and they won't refill my internet for July even though they can clearly see that it was paid for. The I guess so called store manager is who he calls himself is rude as ever. I stated to him that he did not inform us of the refill code on the bottom of the receipt and he just sat on the phone saying nothing. He then stated there is no way he can pull up the receipt. I then went to another Boost mobile and was told by that manager that he should be able to view the transaction in his pos system and there's no excuse for his unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this location at all. I feel like we should have been informed of every detail when purchasing products and services.

I fell down some stairs and wrecked my…read morephone, took it to them to fix, paid $100 dollars, they fixed it and I had to bring it in a few days later due to water damage because they didn't seal it correctly. They fixed it the second time free of charge, they also had to fix my speakers due to the damage caused by their failure. I asked them REPEATEDLY if the phone was fine again for water, they assured me it was, and that it was back up to its water rating. I wasnt entirely sure so I have been careful around water, until today. While cleaning my cats fountain I accidentally got some water on the phone, didn't think anything of it because its been fixed correctly the second time around, right? WRONG. I am typing this review while WATCHING the bottom right half of my screen turn black and blue AGAIN because they failed to fix it correctly the second time too. They also rushed me out and now I know why. I give up with them. I am not bringing it in a THIRD TIME for them to fuck up and lie to my face about it.

We went here to get my phone fixed because the screen was cracked we asked the guy to replace the…read morescreen he told us 30 minutes so we went around the mall and waited 35 minutes later we come back and the phone is done. When trying to get the home button to work it wouldn't work when we opened up the screen there was a little app we haft to use to use the home button we didn't ask for that so we tried figuring out why the button isn't working,we went over to another lady who could fix are phone and asked why the phone didn't work she said that he ripped the home button. We have been arguing with this guy for 20 minutes for him to put the regular screen on.DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONES HERE HE WILL RUIN IT!!!!Now he wants us to pay for it but we will NOT be paying for it because he broke it and he can't fix it now.Now we must make an appointment at Best Buy to get it fixed now hopefully they can fix it and I'm really hoping it will work after we get it done. This guy made my mom so upset she was yelling at and him I started crying because I just couldn't hold it in and I started yelling at the guy and my mom stopped me my sister was almost starting to cry.So all of you trying to get your phone fixed don't go here u will regret it I promise you that. And the thing is this guy kept trying to get us to pay for so he kept going cheaper and cheaper but why would we pay for a phone that doesn't work now it worked perfectly fine before we took it there. We made the guy put the new screen on and we took the phone and left. The other company there name is iRepair and Accessories the lady there was so sweet I loved her she told us what he did wrong I'm not sure if they are good at there job but at least the employee was very nice. But it seems like she knew what she was doing cause all we said was that the home button want working and she said he ripped the home button. So I would go there instead because there wayyyyyy cheaper as well the other guy wanted 100$ to fix my phone but the iRepair said they would do it for 70$ thats way better.
