Customer service is usually good, and I never had an issue at checkout - India is always a big help. Although, I'm usually here in the middle of the day on a weekday, it seems to always be busy with customers, so I feel like I'm in there longer than I should be.

We let it go figuring the employee there knows who was in line first but here rucks up a guy with long pulled back hair and face piercing and he takes her at the register. We point out that we were next in line and his response was "I'm about to leave". So what? So you just jump people in the line? Race issue because we're an interracial couple and shes an old white woman? Not sure but even other customers that were waiting started to comment to us about it. Eventually he took care of her and then looks to us "and what did you need?" Oh, sorry Jack, weren't you leaving? We got our order and left but I think we'll get our prints elsewhere going forward.

Horrible service!!! Was quoted $1500 for truck AND trailer lettering. After trailer was…read morecompleted-not to the quality or expectations-we decided to not have the truck lettered. After multiple times to contact Scott and discuss-he would leave the building before us arriving to show him the poor workmanship on the trailer-unwilling to have a conversation, look at the work, or revise the invoice to not include the truck to be included in the original price. Scott is SUPER unprofessional- sending emails to "Hey deadbeat-Pay your bills!" Then proceeded to take us to court for the balance!!! Definitely take your business elsewhere!
