The staff has always been quick to give me advice on how to save on my shipping costs. I love saving money and they help figure out the best price with the quickest delivery option. Offering the tracking number helps me and the customer track the package and anticipate delivery. I've only had to contact customer service one time and the issue was a misunderstanding on my part but the customer service dept was kind and understanding. I especially like how quickly I got through when I called. Every delivery I've received has been on time or early. Love the UPS store and the Delivery services. Even if you're a local, and need to mail a bill, buy stamps, drop off a package, any of the things anyone needs from a post office in the digital age, this location is ideal. In addition, this is one of the few USPS' with a self-service kiosk that isn't broken, or otherwise out of service. That alone gives them a star. The couple of times I've been here, the employees were pleasant and helpful and not anything at all like I've encountered elsewhere. More stars for that. It's a little awkward to get here, though, as the entrance to the parking lot isn't a direct one, but rather requires a circuitous route around another building.
