I realize i am not their biggest customer either but owning two businesses and one of them being real estate i know a lot of people that use yard signs, photo-prop signs among other things. So while my $225 order wasn't huge i could have been a long term Customer that sent referral after referral. I explained why i wanted the banner and how i expected it. Trying to get a feel for an 8 foot by 8 foot banner on their program is laughable. Trying to get a feel for spacing compared to real life is not even a possible. When i paid mid June i believe, the person who i was working with (who remain nameless) was too busy. So i talked to two women they ran back and forth asking questions what ever, Got done. My hand held double sided sign was done in a couple days off with out a hitch. They said production was slow banner would be ready in a week give our take. Finally got it on 7/31 which i wasn't in a hurry but paid in advance and clearly was forgotten i feel like. Anyways i have a banner that is 64 sqft and useless. The whole point was two logos on each picture at least. Some items i will be taking pics of are 6x3 inches some are 3 feet long so wife variety of shapes and sizes. When i picked it up a 14 year old boy was the one that helped me again running to the back asking questions didn't ask if i was happy, didn't open and show me, sign and leave. No follow up phone call or email just a very underwhelming unpleasant experience. I will not return, i try to always shop local and with people i know, but you still have ya provide a good service to those people wether they be friends, family, acquaintances. I was stoked to see a self-service counter for Amazon returns, but I think people are stealing shit…read moreout of it. My items have gone missing both times I used it. Both small electronic things. Amazon was cool and refunded me for the first one right away. The second thing is still in review. I think someone pocketed the $70 hard drive that I dropped into the return slot. I should've pushed it down inside the pile of stuff that was already there. Dammit. Also - those receipts UPS gives when you leave a return are not even valid tracking numbers! I'm all in favor of never having to deal with a human, but they need a proper postal drop box for the Amazon stuff. The way it is, people can just reach into that hole and snatch whatever looks good. Dammit. Again.

Then, according to UPS, not a single employee ever scanned my package. It's as if it vanished off the face of the earth after I gave it to them. They only gave me $100 for the inconvenience. Total nightmare. Edit: As you can tell by their response to my review, they didn't even read/understand my comments. I already filed a claim and got paid $100. "You should always feel confident and secure with sending your packages through the UPS store" ???? On one of my many phone calls with this incompetent business they told me that when the drivers come to pick up packages from their store, they don't always scan the ones they are picking up. How is that ok? People come and take packages from your store, after that you have no idea which driver took it or where they took the package? Either it was stolen or the label fell off the package, but maybe they should put more than one single label on a package that's worth thousands of dollars?

I've been coming to the Mount Clemens Post Office since I started selling on eBay over 20 years…read moreago. The building hasn't had any major upgrades and there's never more than 3 people working at a time, but I don't really mind any of that. There's something comforting about the old school familiarity. The self-serve kiosk in the front lobby is a nice addition. I don't have a printer, so I when I buy postage for a package online I get a QR code. You can scan it at the kiosk for a label and receipt, and I've never had to wait in line to do so. One star off because the mail is often SLOW and poorly sorted. I receive coupons after they've expired, bills once they're almost overdue and often get mail addressed to my neighbors. I always, ALWAYS deliver the mail to the correct person, but no one has ever once brought my mail to me. And I know my mail has gone to the wrong place because I've not received anticipated important pieces before like checks, credit card statements and Social Security notices. Since my neighbors are apathetic, selfish assholes I really need my post office to get things right. Not about this location, but I do recommend getting a USPS account. You receive email notifications about packages coming to your address. I've found this service to be really accurate and prompt.
