Steve and the company created both obituaries for my grandparents who passed away 13 days apart…read more We've never had to get obituaries printed before, and we had a tight turnaround, but Steve was very understanding, flexible, and produced great programs for their funerals. I was impressed by how easy the form was to fill out online (to let him know exactly what we were looking for). He was willing to meet me at Starbucks to pickup the order and then the second time around, he surprised us and delivered the obituaries straight to our door. This is a great business and I would rather order from a small business that leads with compassion and care than a large company any day. Thank you Steve and Discount Printing for making a hard and dark time a bit easier to navigate.

I walked up to the door and there were no customers in the store. There were two people working and one was on the phone and didn't see me, but the other person working (which I believe was the owner) stood there watching me try to open the door. Thankfully, a very nice man from the store next to them walked out and saw me and opened the door for me. I thought ok, I walked up to the counter and set the box down with the label on top so it was easy to scan. He then scans the label and then tells me to pick it up and carry it to the back end of the counter which was back behind him. Then just stood there watching me struggle and handed me my return receipt as I was walking out. Will never go there again, I will make sure our business spends their money at other locations.

We had to mail a small box and I wanted it to get to the recipient in a reasonable amount of time…read more Since the mail in our area sometimes moves like a snail, I gave UPS a try. We took the package in on a Saturday and by Monday, the recipient was thanking us for it. Now that's what I call fast service. My husband was the one to take the package into the store as I waited in the car. I watched several customers walk in and out, so they were doing a brisk business and seemed to be keeping up with the flow of customer traffic. It took a total of 8 minutes, so not bad at all. With the Clinton Township Post Office within walking distance, I'll definitely keep using UPS when I can. Why? The lines at the post office are often times long and the mail can be sporadic as far as how long it takes to arrive at it's addressed destination. With the surprising two day delivery that was made by UPS, they won me over. With the additional services they provide, I'll keep returning.

I visited this store a little over a week ago and there was lots of holiday traffic doing returns. Unfortunately for the female employee, (Pauline/Paula I believe) the systems seemed to be down, and she was very overwhelmed. That was not the issue, the issue was the degrading tone in which she spoke to the customer in front of me. She was being very condescending to her, talking down to her as if she was a child and blaming the customer for the employee's inability to process the shipment. It was enough for me to not only notice, but also take this action. It was my first experience in the store, and truly hope it is not how they typically conduct business, but I felt this experience needed to be shared incase it has been had by others.

This was my first visit here and I needed some legal size copies made. The store manager said it…read morewould be about 10 minutes before her copier was ready to use. I told her I could come back rather than wait. She suggested I use the self serve copiers. Being I had never been to a FedEx store, I had no idea how to use one. She said she'd walk me through it, so I gave it a try. Other customers had walked in after me, so she was waiting on them as she kept an eye on how I was doing from behind her counter. She took me step by step through the process and after all was said and done, it was pretty easy. I noticed that management follows the appropriate protocol for Covid with spacers on the floor, supplying hand sanitizer, using clear coverings on the copy machine control panels, asking people to social distance and supplying masks in case you come in without one, which was what happened with me. In my haste after a hectic morning, I accidentally left mine in the car. I was happy to get in and out so quickly because her business was picking up with multiple people walking in as I was walking out. All in all, a good experience on a simple copy job.
