Needed some business cards printed quickly with Chinese text... they were able to proof it out on the spot, and even though their card cutter was broken had me enough multi-color cards for an urgent meeting within 48 hours. read more

I called this morning needing a large printing job done. I spoke with the owner and he was one of the rudest and most unhelpful, unprofessional people I've ever spoken to. I wouldn't do business with someone with an attitude like that under any circumstances. read more

I went in today with a hope for help and they saved me with a smile. I had a huge project and no time to do it. I had made it worse trying to do it myself. They took the lead right away and finished my entire project while I waited. Cost was minimal. I would have paid more. I will be going here from now on for business cards, brochures, and all my printing projects. Loved the owner and staff. Great experience!!!! read more

Mr. Talks-alot had me had he rerun my cards as he knew the first batch was terrible but the color on the 2nd one was as bad as the first. He suggested a gloss finish to pull out the color and I gave them a shot and while the 2nd was better they were still terrible. I tried an online company to get them printed and they came back perfect exactally the same file that I shared with American Speedy Printers and 100% different result. I wanted to support a local Rochester Business instead of doing everythign online and I learned my lesson. No doubt the guy who owns this place has a lot of experinece but for him to demand money for crap he delievered is a sin. read more

Never AGAIN. The one on Main Street in Rochester, MI. I walked over to do one fax - my first time in there. Walked in, no one there. No biggy, I walked over to the fax machine - had my dog on 5" lead... Suddenly guy walks out and says, "NO DOGS ALLOWED IN HERE - WHAT ARE YOU DOING BEHIND THE COUNTER, THATS WEIRD." Um, on the dog ok - fair enough. But i was at the fax machine and did not see any counter. So much for trying to give the smaller guy business as I always used to go to the Fedex down the street. Guy was creepy, rude, and angry. SO, walked down to FEDEX and got nothing but kind service. Would give negative stars if i could. read more
