Whenever we've had questions regarding shipping, or printing; they're always very helpful, and even given tips with packaging, and cost saving strategies. Moreover, If you're pressed for time, and have a shipping label on your package, you can get your own tracking number printed out, by scanning your parcel at the Kiosk machine, located at the entrance, and it's super easy to use. This location is clean, fully stocked with supplies and boxes for your packaging needs. In conclusion, we want to thank Victoria, Doug, Christina and all the others, for outstanding service, and treating Bob and I like family. What a great team and a well run store! I had a very disappointing experience with Vicki, who claims to be the store manager. I came in to…read moreship a package, and the store was completely empty aside from two employees standing about 20 feet behind the counter, engaged in conversation with each other. As I approached the counter, Vicki told me to use the self-service kiosk instead. I was already at the counter, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect assistance from staff in that situation. Neither employee made any effort to assist me, so I walked over to the kiosk. As soon as I touched the screen, Vicki appeared beside me and began explaining how to use it--despite having just declined to help moments before. While doing so, she attempted to take my package from my hands not once, but twice. I told her firmly not to grab at my package and that if she wasn't willing to help me at the counter, I certainly didn't want her interfering now. She stepped back and stared at me for a moment before walking away, then proceeded to make rude remarks about me to her colleague, which I could clearly hear. As I was leaving, she sarcastically said, "Have a nice day," prompting me to call out her behavior. When I addressed the sarcasm, she denied it and claimed she was simply commenting on the weather. I expressed my frustration with how I was treated--ignored when I needed help, then badgered when I attempted to use the kiosk. When I asked to speak with the store manager, she smugly informed me that she is the manager. I sincerely hope the company reviews this feedback and takes it seriously. If you look through other Google reviews, you'll notice a common pattern: Vicki's name is frequently mentioned in negative experiences. That should say something. If this is how the store manager conducts herself, it's no surprise the employees are following her lead.

I drop things off here a few times a year, most recently last week. Things always go well because…read morethe staff is helpful and organized. If you have just a drop off, they will check your package and give you the tracking receipt. If you need more help they will help you package your item. I've never waited long - maybe a minute or two, but that's to be expected during the holidays. The store is clean which I appreciate. The only improvement they could make would be automatic doors or a button to open the doors. When you have your hands full of packages it can be a real struggle to figure out how to get in without dropping your stuff.

Initially, I was impressed because their printer was very easy to use. However, it quickly became apparent that even though the machine charged me, it was not going to cough up our prints. Susan made time to come over and look at the printer- and said it wasn't working. We explained the situation, and she was kind enough to use an employee computer and printer to print them for us. Five stars for Susan's extraordinary service. 0 stars for having the only printer in a printing place not work.
