Whenever we've had questions regarding shipping, or printing; they're always very helpful, and even given tips with packaging, and cost saving strategies. Moreover, If you're pressed for time, and have a shipping label on your package, you can get your own tracking number printed out, by scanning your parcel at the Kiosk machine, located at the entrance, and it's super easy to use. This location is clean, fully stocked with supplies and boxes for your packaging needs, In conclusion, we want to thank Victoria, Doug, Christina and all the others, for outstanding service, and treating Bob and I like family. Two of my returns had originally been shipped to me together in the same box. I did not realize the retailer had issued a separate QR code for one of those items, so I was briefly confused when I had an extra code. I apologized and was trying to figure out the situation, but instead of helping, the employee scoffed and walked away as if I was inconveniencing her. I ultimately purchased another box myself and separated the item so the return could be completed. She also printed several return labels at once without keeping track of which label belonged to which package, then handed the strip of labels to me and expected me to figure it out. She barely responded when we asked questions, walked away while we were speaking to her, and would not even help lift one of the packages, so we had to carry it behind the counter ourselves. What made the experience especially uncomfortable was watching how differently she interacted with other customers. I was the only customer when I initially walked in. Later, an older white gentleman came in to drop off a package and she immediately became friendly, conversational, and engaged with him. I observed the same friendliness toward the other white customers who came in, which was a very noticeable contrast to how dismissively I was treated. I cannot say what her intentions were, but as a person of color, the difference in treatment absolutely felt like a microaggression and made me question whether race played a role. I recently moved to Michigan from Los Angeles, and I am not going to ignore behavior like this when I experience it. Regardless of the reason, no customer should be treated as though they are a burden for asking for basic assistance at a shipping counter. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable, and I would not return to this location.
