Have you ever heard of SpeedX? I had no idea what it was when I brought this weird looking label to…read morethe post office, and it didn't scan. My daughter has started selling enclose online, and this is one of the services they use. Fortunately, The Postal Shop is able to scan packages by SpeedX. Better still, they also accept packages from UPS and FedEx. This saves me 15 minutes each way going to the closest location for those services. And, of course, they also scanned USPS packages. As an extra bonus, the shop has cool, knickknacks, and snacks. The Farmer jack supermarket chain closed down in 2007, but they have a coffee mug with the logo on it that brought back memories. See if you can find that at any post office or UPS shop. They are also open on Saturdays, which most USPS locations are not. I will definitely be coming here again for all my postal needs, regardless of what kind of label it is.

I realize i am not their biggest customer either but owning two businesses and one of them being real estate i know a lot of people that use yard signs, photo-prop signs among other things. So while my $225 order wasn't huge i could have been a long term Customer that sent referral after referral. I explained why i wanted the banner and how i expected it. Trying to get a feel for an 8 foot by 8 foot banner on their program is laughable. Trying to get a feel for spacing compared to real life is not even a possible. When i paid mid June i believe, the person who i was working with (who remain nameless) was too busy. So i talked to two women they ran back and forth asking questions what ever, Got done. My hand held double sided sign was done in a couple days off with out a hitch. They said production was slow banner would be ready in a week give our take. Finally got it on 7/31 which i wasn't in a hurry but paid in advance and clearly was forgotten i feel like. Anyways i have a banner that is 64 sqft and useless. The whole point was two logos on each picture at least. Some items i will be taking pics of are 6x3 inches some are 3 feet long so wife variety of shapes and sizes. When i picked it up a 14 year old boy was the one that helped me again running to the back asking questions didn't ask if i was happy, didn't open and show me, sign and leave. No follow up phone call or email just a very underwhelming unpleasant experience. I will not return, i try to always shop local and with people i know, but you still have ya provide a good service to those people wether they be friends, family, acquaintances. He contacted them, started an investigation into why the package hadn't arrived by the predicted arrival date. This was an important delivery that I'd paid a premium amount to be assured it arrived on time . When UPS still wasn't able to follow through( most times they can deliver on time) and the delivery was delayed from Friday morning arrival to the following Monday, Seth informed me that he would fully refund my shipping cost. He honestly felt bad that the delivery was not on time. He OFFERED the refund. I didn't need to negotiate a refund. What a pleasure to work with an owner who shows stellar character supporting his customers. Not often seen in our world. He has all my future business..
