Very disappointed. Brett has been here for awhile and maybe needs to make a change. I was having trouble connecting to their Wi-Fi and told him their password is showing incorrect. Rather than trying to help me he recommended I stood out in the cold and try to pull up my return labels. I went ahead and did so and after coming back in to the store while I was already waiting for 10 minutes instead of helping me he decided to start working on fixing a machine. I told him I was ready but he said he wasn't because apparently customers don't come before other work you have to do. Hopefully the owner will take some time to train on customer service. read more

Brett the store manager and employees laughed me out of the store today saying I needed to learn how to use my phone because I had a hard time figuring out how to email my return label. Then I asked for help reading my receipt with the tracking information and was told to use common sense. After that I was told to get out of the store. Brett goes above and beyond. I found a vintage chair on ebay that was for pickup only - I don't live in the area. The seller's listing made it clear that he just wanted someone to come by his house and take it away but I was obsessed. I couldn't find any furniture shipping services who would transport just one item, so I called the UPS Store on the off chance they could help me out. Brett was incredibly friendly and helpful - he fully explained my options and costs involved, and he clearly knows what he's doing. Just like my buddy Aubrey Graham aka Drake, I too have trust issues. Specifically trust issues about how my packages are handled while being shipped. I have used other services to ship things out before and have had extremely bad experiences. So I decided to switch it up and head down to my local UPS Store. I was immediately greeted by the smiling faces of Nicholas, Sofia, and Brett. In almost a Pitch Perfect-esque fashion, these three harmonized the words "How can we help you today?" so well I thought Anna Kendrick herself was going to break out a solo performance. As I was shipping something rather fragile and a tad pricey, the team knew exactly how to make me feel at ease. They recommended which packaging I should be using and Sofia even made sure the item was secured tightly so that it wouldn't bounce around before they taped it up. At the end of my shipping experience I performed a random trust fall into Brett, Sofia, and Nicholas and they executed to perfection, bracing my fall and raising me right back up. This didn't really happen but I'd like to think that because of the trust that was created during my time at UPS Store #5502, it definitely would have. read more

This lady today (at this Mound Road location UPS) had a way of making me feel poorly for not being able to send email with label quickly was disappointing. She even passive aggressively complimented the person behind me that she will not charge them because they had to wait. (because I was still fumbling?). Her ignorance about how to conduct business was appalling to me. She charged me for the label though the young guy who was helping me before didn't mention that there will be a charge for it. (whom she moved out of that register to do something else so she could show me how slow I was)I will give her credit for saying she will take the charge off for this time, but what was also useless because when i said I will pay, she asked me-card or cash? without missing a beat. Business is not all about MONEY. It's about how YOU treat other people. And yes, the lady in blue shirt today, you missed that opportunity.All the other staff, who i have encountered prior to this, have been nice. The whole UPS chain has it done right. Finally a store that WANTS to help you mail stuff. They don't berate you for not knowing how the whole mailing process works, they actually help you out and walk you along for the remainder of the process. When I deal with UPS, I pre-pay all my packages online, so I don't even have to wait at home... just weigh, print, label, and drop off. Honestly... I don't think it could get any easier. read more

This is not only the best UPS store I've ever been to, but also the best shipping and printing service store as well. The staff is accomodating and super helpful. Very kind to their customers and professional as well. I always leave happy and taken care of when I go to this place. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else for my shipping or printing needs.
