I've used this location for my printing requirements.. every time they turn out perfect!, The customer service is really nice, the staff in the printing department don't mind my million questions. The last couple of times I needed something printed I decided to go to Staples because they price match other places and the quality is top notch. The staff always greets me as I walk through the door and they are extremely friendly and helpful. At checkout, they do their best to get me the best price possible and earn the most points with rewards which is awesome! With various locations in the area, when we need office supplies right now for our home businesses, we can usually find it at this Staples. And since it happens to be on one of my frequent errand routes, I go past there frequently. The staff has always been polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding things they have in stock. And items that are not carried in the store but available on line can be ordered for delivery to any store for pickup if desired. They offer in-store print services as well so you can get a lot done with one stop. I watch ads and often alternate between Staples and one of their major competitors but I tend to give a slight edge to Staples. If you have used up printer cartridges that you want to recycle, you can turn them in at Staples and get a $2 credit for each one; ask for details at the store. read more

I like Staples, and shop here randomly for small ticket items. I like coming here because sometimes I need specific items and they seem to carry it. My mom's shopped here before as well, and seems to have a good time as well. I always seem to find something in the clearance area to purchase, and I like that. Also, their prices are pretty fair and competitive and they have a great selection of product. I also find great sales on stuff like pens, paper or desk organizers as well. I also like how they carry name brand items, but their store brand is pretty decent as well. Staff here is friendly and helpful, and never had a problem. Store is clean, organized and plenty of parking is available outside. Why only 3 stars? I dunno, it just is what it is. Supply shopping can only be so much fun, and can get expensive when it all adds up. Plus, it's Staples? I will still come here to shop, as it's not half bad. read more

Terrible return policy. I accidentally purchased the wrong printer cartridges a couple of weeks ago. Lost my receipt and asked if I could simply exchange the unopened cartridges I purchased for the correct cartridges. It was a no. Don't waste your time at Staples. Had a Groupon for 25 Christmas Cards. Ones I had chosen and uploaded came out blurry so Jacob called me to check and see if i still wanted them printed or wanted to do a different card. I really appreciated that because most people could care less if the card was blurry or not. read more

I placed an online order to print some business cards and brochures for the business on Apr 25th 2022, business cards to be pick up at the nearest location in two days and brochures to be shipped within 5 days, two days after I received an email to inform the cards are ready for pickup, I went to the store just for an associate to tell me the order its not in the system, I showed the order and the pickup email, after arguing for a couple of minutes because they were saying I was supposed to call the store to confirm the order, at that moment I requested to speak with a supervisor, again I show them the emails he go a call and then apologies and tells me it was a system mistake and the order never was release that they were going to start working on it and call me when it was ready, next day he called me to let me know it was ready, when by the store again and I ended throwing the cards in the garbage, poor quality printing, some cards also had different color shades, so still waiting for the brochures to be shipped hoping the quality was goi to be better because I paid for high quality, it was supposed to be shipped on May 5th, I called on the 9th and the said is getting ready to be shipped, I called again today on Mat 11th, after waiting about 15 minutes on hold because apparently they can't find the order they telling me the are not ready and will be shipped in three days, I proceed to cancel the order and now a refund takes about 3 days to be processed. so for business printing do not use staples. read more

I quit coming here years ago due to staff rude and uneducated. Well I thought surely they have replaced those people by now. Nope. Same rude, condescending, patronizing employee in print section. No help, only 13 of 19 legal documents went thru. Had to pay over $20 and missing pages. Never ever again. I don't know how they stay in business. It is a week before school starts, this store has no staff, the manager is overwhelmed. A sign was outside of the store featuring antibacterial gel, I was unable to find any in the store. I researched this Staples online ahead of time to see if they carried the printer ink cartridges for the Dell Printer I have and it showed they do. Drove over there-about 18 miles one way-and walked in the store. Perused the ink cartridges and saw no Dell cartridges, just lots of Hewitt Packard, Epson and a couple of others. Had to do this myself as there was nobody on the floor assisting customers, just a person at the cash register and one lady in back at the copy support center. Finally, I walked over to the lady and asked if they carried Dell cartridges and she said no, they hadn't in 'some time'. Then why does their web site still advertise them as carrying these? I asked if she knew anyone else that carried them locally and she said there was an OfficeMax nearby that did-but she gave me improper directions to get there. I drove up and down the street looking for the place but never found it. So, I'm out 2 hours of my time, put 50 miles on my car along with the gas and still don't have the ink cartridges for my printer-because Staples misadvertised they had them. I had so many problems with the store when trying to purchase a new laptop. It all started the morning I was going to purchase the laptop when I called to reserve one of the laptops for purchase later on. I was on hold for over fifteen minutes of a phone call that lasted over twenty minutes. I was told by an employee that I couldn't get an item reserved, so I asked to speak to the manager, and I was told the same thing. He offered to hold it if I bought it online, but I could not buy online because I didn't and still don't have a credit/debit card. I told him this, and he said that reserving a laptop for me couldn't be done then, even though I was going to be in the store later on to buy it. I made it clear to him that I would be there after work, but he said he couldn't reserve it for me. I was working when I called, so the long phone call was something that I was not prepared for either. A few hours later, I went onto the website and went into a live chat from the Live Chat feature they offer. However, the person who was "helping" me did not help at all. He seemed to have been translating the conversation because their responses did not match up as responses to my questions, which confused me. In the end, he gave me the phone numbers of other nearby locations, which I could've gotten myself much faster while at work, and told me I could call them and ask if they reserve products. When I expressed that I wasn't about to call because I didn't want to wait on hold for so long for each store only to be turned down, he ignored that and asked if he could help with anything else. Two hours later I was finally home from work. My sister was going to take me to the store to buy the laptop, but before leaving I called to see if they actually had the laptop in stock still. When I was informed there were several left still, I asked if it could be put on hold, and the employee said he could reserve it. I asked again to make sure we both heard each other right, and he confirmed he could reserve it and took my name. After the phone call from the morning, it made me mad. When I got to the store, I looked around the front area for a few minutes before being helped. Nobody came out to see if I needed anything until I was just standing around dumbly for a few minutes. I waited another few minutes for them to bring it out. Once it came to be time to buy it, the cashier checked out the two $1.99 videogames I was purchasing, then the laptop. He scanned the coupon I had and it worked fine. When I was handing money over, I counted my money out in groups of 100's, all in 20's. I had already given him the $200, then handed over two more twenties and a ten to bring the bill past the $240 I needed. However, when he counted my money, he counted it wrong. I told him to recount it, and he counted it wrong again. He insisted that he had counted correctly. Then he asked me sarcastically if I wanted to count it, I said yes. That time, he counted slowly and put down each bill onto the counter. I saw he almost put two down at the same time and corrected him. Sure enough I had been right, and he had miscounted and had given me an attitude when I asked him to recount. He didn't even apologize for the mistake. The store clearly didn't have their policies properly explained to all their employees, their employees needed an attitude check, and they have caused me more problems than solutions. Also, just as a note to the feel of the store's inside, it felt dingy and dirty and looked old from the outside and inside. It surprised me since the area is generally well-kept. I did get a call from the manager (the higher-up one, not the first one) and explained the issues I had in detail, and I must say he was very nice about it all. I gave him the number of the employee who checked me out and told him a manager told me I couldn't get it reserved. He offered me discounts for things such like a separate hard drive or a mouse or any gear for the laptop I needed, but I didn't need any. I asked if I could get a gift card for my problems. He couldn't get me one, but a coupon that gives me $5 of a $5 purchase or more. One side note, I have been exchanging E-mails with someone who's contacted me because I sent a complaint to their site and the lady that's been messaging me has been rude for the most part. I haven't heard from her in over 24 hours, so I assume she's dropped the conversation. I understand I'm only 17 and not technically an adult, but I felt like I was being treated like a child rather than an adult. I shouldn't feel like I'm being treated as such when buying such a high-ticket item. Overall, I recommend taking your business to any other office store and avoiding all Staples stores that you can, especially if you're under 18 and want to be treated as an adult. The service I've gotten from inside the store and online has been bad, and I wouldn't go out of my way to go to Staples again. read more
