We came at a crowded time (around 2 pm on a Thursday afternoon -- who knew?) and had exceptional customer service from all employees we encountered and honestly, not everyone was kind to them. But they handled everyone and everything quickly, correctly, and courteously. We got our picture sized and printed perfectly and I am very pleased with how it came out. They also have copying services and all kinds of printing services. There is a self-serve area but people are there to help if you need it. You can also create anything you want online and either pick it up or I think also have it mailed to you. And of course, shipping and packing. I know I haven't even scratched the surface of the services they have available.
