I can call them, send a text, or email and they get back to me literally minutes later! They are able to work remotely or come in and work without disrupting the office. One thing that I have been very impressed with is that when they come in and work on our system they are not taking calls from other customers and charging us for the time! They stay with it until the problem is fixed! Thank you C-Net for making my job easier!

Once I…read morecouldn't figure out how to hook up my printer to my wireless network, and it was driving me crazy because theoretically, by every measure I took in the "how to" stuff, it should have worked. But I didn't, so I called Ryan, and he was over in an impressive amount of time. Within minutes he figured out that it wasn't me, it was my router, and proceeded to do that geeky voodoo that he does so well, and like magic, it worked! That's just one example of the awesomeness that is Ryan Meray of C!Tech Solutions. That, plus his quick response time, his patience, and his incredible sense of humor are only a few reasons why I highly recommend him to anyone who is having computer or network issues. Knowing I've got Ryan as my Official IT Witch Doctor, I'm no longer frustrated or afraid the world is going to end when stuff isn't working right on my home network. He has saved me headaches on multiple occasions, and has been kind enough to not shrink my own head in the process. :)

I stumbled upon this place a year ago when my parents referred me somewhere else in the vicinity -- and I went here by accident, and it turned out to be a godsend for all of us! Ray (the computer wizard of Oz behind the curtain) has been into computers since he was 9 years old. This little shop has been in Royal Oak for 25 years. Maureen handles the customer service with joy and energy and attention to detail. (she adores her family too, which you'll notice immediately upon entering! ) I've taken my personal laptop here for a new battery... to make sure that everything was backing up to the external hard drive... and to see why the fan was always whirring noisily.... Maureen keeps me updated on timing and status if it takes more than a couple days -- they're busy, which is a great sign! My laptop Is always returned to me running better than ever with all the reassurance that I need to hear and at a delightfully reasonable price. Maureen and Ray go the extra mile to do the little maintenance things that help your computer live a long and healthy life, like cleaning out the dust, etc.. So thankful for them! Highly recommend !
