He was able to repair my computer by cloning the hard drive. He installed the new, faster, hard drive and delivered it to me all in under 2 hours. He also completely cleaned (inside and out) my computer before returning it to me. To say that I recommend Ken and Modern Computer Solutions is an understatement. He saved my day, week, probably month's worth of income that I would have lost if I had to buy a new computer. With chip shortages and skyrocketing inflation, it would probably have cost a fortune to replace it. Instead, I paid a lot less than what I would have been charged elsewhere (like those big-box computer stores). I was so happy with the service and price that I added a 25% tip and it was still worth every penny! Not everyone wants to use a smartphone for music. Some of us want a small, dedicated device for the gym, walking, traveling, or just keeping our phone battery intact. Expecting customers to spend $200 to play MP3 files is absurd, especially in today's economy. For a store that prides itself on serving technology enthusiasts, it's disappointing to see such poor selection in a product category that still has demand. If you can stock dozens of keyboards, mice, and PC accessories at every price point, you can certainly stock a few affordable MP3 players. I left empty-handed and bought elsewhere. Hopefully Micro Center realizes that not every customer is looking for a luxury gadget just to listen to music.
