I paid $60 for a diagnosis on my laptop which included checking the hard drive. I got the computer…read moreback, turned it on and a few minutes later it crashed. When I brought it back in they said the hard drive was "bad" and admitted that they missed it in the diagnosis. WTF??? They gave me only a 10% discount to install a new hard drive, but what was more upsetting was their piss poor attitude about it. In the end they gave me a lot of attitude, so I took the computer elsewhere. I'm sure they don't screw up every diagnosis, but if I were you I wouldn't take my chances. There are too many other computer repair shops that do it right the first time.
