It's made our small business a lot more productive. What I like about JB Technologies is I feel like I"m always getting the honest truth. Even when the job is done, Justin personally calls to make sure everything is perfect and even goes as far as contacting other vendors if there are other problems that have anything to do with IT. I have a lot of friends that are in need of IT services and I have directed them all to Justin and JB Technologies. Highly recommended!

A recent move to Royal Oak Mi had me scrambling; I was so fortunate to find Rich Fiori's information on-line. His years of experience with technology and more, qualifed Rich, no question. But the additional value has been his reliability, his patience, and his approach to challenges. He does what he promises, and more. Today is a case in point: it had been some weeks since we had been in contact. My computer hit the dust (so to speak). Rich answered my email, and my dilemma resolved. After many years of professional work, I can and do endorse Rich Fiori as an excellent resource in this community. Sally Kope.

It is just a mile from my house, had good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. After talking to me about the problem computer for a few minutes, he told me (and when was the last time anyone said this to you?) "If it's what i think it is, the cost will be $$. IF I CAN'T FIX IT THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE." Well, he did fix it in less than 24 hours, the charge was very reasonable, and the computer is working great. My first job was as a computer programmer, I've been using computers for 50 years, one of my jobs was systems manager for my company. In my opinion, if he doesn't know how to fix it, it probably can't be fixed.
