It's made our small business a lot more productive. What I like about JB Technologies is I feel like I"m always getting the honest truth. Even when the job is done, Justin personally calls to make sure everything is perfect and even goes as far as contacting other vendors if there are other problems that have anything to do with IT. I have a lot of friends that are in need of IT services and I have directed them all to Justin and JB Technologies. Highly recommended!

I called Ken on a Saturday morning just 1/2 hour before his business closes. I had the blue screen…read moreof death and my computer wouldn't boot. I work from home and my computer is my source of income. Ken picked up my computer from my doorstep within 15 minutes of my call to him for help. He was able to repair my computer by cloning the hard drive. He installed the new, faster, hard drive and delivered it to me all in under 2 hours. He also completely cleaned (inside and out) my computer before returning it to me. To say that I recommend Ken and Modern Computer Solutions is an understatement. He saved my day, week, probably month's worth of income that I would have lost if I had to buy a new computer. With chip shortages and skyrocketing inflation, it would probably have cost a fortune to replace it. Instead, I paid a lot less than what I would have been charged elsewhere (like those big-box computer stores). I was so happy with the service and price that I added a 25% tip and it was still worth every penny! Because of Ken's knowledge and incredible customer service, I was back up and working within 2 1/2 hours after a blue screen of death issue. The man is a blessing.

I stumbled upon this place a year ago when my parents referred me somewhere else in the vicinity -- and I went here by accident, and it turned out to be a godsend for all of us!
