Then proceeded to tell me I couldn't delete a line in person, I said are you sure? he said "I've worked here for 10 years I would know" ok fine, I've had service here for 15+ so I asked for the number to call because my phone was out of service and he told me I could look it up myself. so I said ok and I got your name Austin! then he said "good job you can read". unbelievable. customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was a lot nicer! I will be sending corporate an email, you shouldn't treat anyone that way. He was rude to the lady in front of me who also walked out. He's gonna ruin your business.

Had an appointment at 11:00AM, looking to switch over from Verizon onto fiancée's plan. Got there…read moreat 10:55. Had 2 people being helped and two waiting ahead of us. FYI they opened at 10am. To be backed up in one hour of business is inexcusable. But it happens so I asked the guy at 11:15 how long is the wait going to be? He said it can take anywhere from 5 mins to 1 hour. I asked if he had a estimate of how long? He gave me the same answer. So basically he doesn't know. Not willing to wait possibly an hour for an appointment so we left. Now I remember why I left T-Mobile in the first place. Go to Verizon, it's across the street. Customer service is much better there. They'll text you when it's your turn and give you approximate wait times.

Unfortunately, the contractual issues are now secondary to a more fundamental problem: the service does not work. My team reports that our phones are non-functional approximately 90% of the time. We have phone recordings of every call to prove the constant failures, and TechMode does not even dispute that the service is failing. Instead, they blame our network. To eliminate this possibility, we hired two independent parties to diagnose the issue: our ISP (Comcast) and a third-party networking specialist. Both ran multiple tests and concluded that our internet connection is stable and not the problem. Despite this evidence, TechMode continues to deflect responsibility by claiming "packet loss"--a conclusion directly contradicted by expert analyses. To be clear: TechMode acknowledges their service is failing on our account, yet they refuse to stand behind their product. They are holding us to a 5-year contract for a non-functional system, and their only solution is to blame our verified infrastructure.
