There are locked doors that you can only be let into, after the check-in process. Tell them who you are and that you're a first timer. They'll need a form of ID so they can register that you visited. I don't believe it's an option to refuse. Once you get registered, you can go in and shop. Tell the person who comes to help you, that you're a newb (if you are) and they'll want to know a few things about what you're looking for. It helps if you do a little research before you go. I literally phoned a friend who has been going to dispensaries for a while. She explained the ins and outs about certain products and what they do before I went so I generally knew I didn't want to smoke anything and that gummies would be my chosen delivery mechanism. There are different types of processing they do, just like with food and drug processing that you should be aware. Solvents are used in some of the manufacturing processes, but you can get solvent free versions which is what I prefer. I found that the gummies are slightly softer and their flavor is much better in my opinion. I tried watermelon, cherry, and berry flavors (dark berry - looks blue) and the brand I decided to go with is solvent free. I mean, why put bad chemicals in your body when you're going with natural products like these? They cost a little more but in my opinion, they're worth it. I need to get back to the local store. This one is in Oxford. There's another that I went to for my first time over in Walled Lake. Both are excellent stores. The people at Oxford are very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy (go figure, lol!) They'll answer all your questions and they're very patient if they're not super crowded. If you're concerned about it being too crowded to get your questions asked and answered, call the store before you go to see how busy they are and tell them you're a newb and have lots of questions. They do a really good job of following up with you and reminding you when your annual service is due and dont try to hard sell you or scare you in to an annual service call when it can slip a year (No power outages during the year). Communications with reminders both text and email are quite good with a text with Geo tracking link so you can track the technician while enroute to your house. I really like this nice use of technology letting me know when I need to be ready for the tech. Overall I will continue to be a loyal customer of PM technologies where I will look to this company for all my home generator needs.

I had him bring me three more so I could keep them in the electrical box in case it happened again and no one had one on the truck. That's customer service. This year, tech Scott Crandall came out. He was terrific. He was very patient with my questions, he took the time to look everything over and put it on a checklist that they emailed me. I usually replace my battery every 3 to 5 years because I've found that's about how long they last in my model. He told me the voltage was reading ok but I had just begun to notice a difference in the ease of starting. So I told him replace it. He was very professional about it. No trying to talk me out of it. He gave me, the customer, what I wanted.This is the second year that I've had Scott because I requested him due to the job he did for me last year. Last year, I did have something odd going on. He fixed it then and it has run the best ever since. I like having the same person to deal with. It is nice that this company gives you that option if that tech is available. The installation was less than a year old and clearly flawed. While they acknowledged the poor workmanship, they refused to honor the franchise warranty. I tried contacting the franchise directly but never received a response. To make matters worse, their quote to fix the issue was nearly double the original cost. Thankfully, after seeking other options, I found Saturn Electric in Rochester. The inspector approved the installation immediately after they made the change. I do not recommend Mr. Electric of Macomb, but I strongly endorse Saturn Electric for anyone.
