    My husband and daughter spent numerous hours trying to upgrade to his new phone since Sprint and T-MOBILE have merged, they've tried several times with different SIM cards and have spoken with Sprint and T-MOBILE technicians and not one person could figure it out, the last person they spoke with suggested to go into the T-MOBILE store where tech support are located, so we went in and were greeted and had to only wait for about 10 minutes and sweet Ally came and helped, she tried 2 different things and bam just like that, the phones were connected and merging and he was able to use his new phone! Ally is the bomb dot com techy. She knew exactly what the error could be and fixed it, we were probably in the store no more than 30 minutes! Looks like Sprint would have figured out that all their first time customers from 23 years ago should have been something they looked out before turning their Sprint towers down and not having all their customers merge with ease! It's been a long 30 days for him not getting all his calls, text messages and or losing his voice mails, not including the several hours that they spent on the phone and on hold with Sprint while they were trying to figure it out! Thank God for Ally at T-MOBILE!

    Worst Customer Service. Worst Internet Service. Horribly Managed Company. DO NOT BELIEVE…read moreANYTHING THE SALES REPS TELL YOU. I have been tricked big-time into getting "Faster Internet Service" through these scam artists. I was told that my internet would be twice as fast as my previous internet... and it turns out it is three times as slow. The kickers? I am locked into a 3 year contract that I cannot get out of, I am paying $350 a month vs the $150 I was paying for faster internet, and finally I am not forced to buy another internet service and just use this for our VOIP lines. So not only do I have to pay for another internet, I have to do this for three years. They have given us nothing but trouble since we started, never return our multiple calls or emails. The second we signed the contract, everything changed and they left us for dead. This company company has an excellent sales force... and thats about it. Nothing to back them up.     Cbeyond may be the single worst company on the planet. We signed up to try to improve our internet…read morevisibility, only to find out that they are primarily a telephone company. In less than three months we wanted to cancel the service and we were told that we would have to pay $14,000 to get out of our contract, or the full amount of the term. We are a upstart company, and the price was significantly more than we could afford for what they actually did. The call clarity of the phone calls is a joke, and internet speed is incredibly slow. We have been told on multiple occasions that they would be happy to double our internet speed, with no help to call clarity, for an additional $250 a month. Another fun part, is trying to get a hold of the customer support line. I am typically on hold for 45 minutes. If these people contact you, run.
