I wanted to see if they had better offers. Walked in and was offered help right away. I needed to provide my ID, so I ran out to my car to grab it. On my way back in, I held the door for an older gentleman who proceeded to tell me how great the staff were. He lost his wife and business partner many years ago and needed technical assistance, so the staff in-store helped him. After speaking with him for a few minutes and going back in, the staff person who was helping me did a great job explaining the offers to me. The store wasn't too busy and the staff around were also really pleasant. The manager was walking the floor and helped answer a few questions that I had as well. They were really patient and overall just really nice people.

Even if I had a simple "hey I switched from android to an apple but I'm not getting half my messages!" This particular location could take me the same day whereas the soonest availability for the northville store was 3 days away. So now that I've discovered this store. And Gabe's friendly customer service, I can't stop raving about this to my fellow Verizon wireless users. My only recommendation? Make an appointment. When I entered the store, there were two customers, and three employees. One of the employees was walking around, not doing much of anything. She told me I had to sign in using the kiosk. Never again. That kiosk is a nightmare, difficult to use, and I question how often it's cleaned and sanitized (I've seen kiosks where people were scratching their ass, and then used the kiosk. In one instance, a little kid was picking his nose, then started slapping the screen of the kiosk. They're dirty filthy devices that serve no l purpose).
