They helped me get me issue solved even when it took about 2 hours! They are also very professional. When I went in at first a crazy Karen went in right after me, yelling and throwing fits, "threatening" to get corporate involved through Twitter (lmao ) because of something that Verizon did!!!! These guys handled themselves very professionally and even tried to explain and give alternative aid. I think they were amazing, super helpful, and understanding. Thanks guys! Word of advice: be nice, they don't make the rules! Original: I've been to this store a couple of time and every time I have been treated very well. They have great customers service, they work very well with you and they are patient and friendly. They are very good at their job and very well familiar with the phones lines and how it all work. They will work with you and help you set everything up, figure anything you don't understand out, and help you get the best out of your plans. They have everything you can get at any other store. They help with ANY questions no matter how foolish you may think it is. It's also really convenient as it is the only ATT store in Northville. Its in between other stores like a really nice and cute hidden secret.

I wanted to see if they had better offers. Walked in and was offered help right away. I needed to provide my ID, so I ran out to my car to grab it. On my way back in, I held the door for an older gentleman who proceeded to tell me how great the staff were. He lost his wife and business partner many years ago and needed technical assistance, so the staff in-store helped him. After speaking with him for a few minutes and going back in, the staff person who was helping me did a great job explaining the offers to me. The store wasn't too busy and the staff around were also really pleasant. The manager was walking the floor and helped answer a few questions that I had as well. They were really patient and overall just really nice people.

I know my complaint was not the first one of its type. In a nutshell, they are not honoring a current promotion which, when I called before heading to their store, was told by one of their customer service employees that I was eligible for the promotion. But he was incorrect. But...T-Mobile made the mistake. Not me. If I could, I'd find a new provider. But since I'm not the only one on my plan, I'm stuck. A piece of advice. I've always gone to the Verizon store in northville and it's always crowded and the customer service has always been sub par. Even if I had a simple "hey I switched from android to an apple but I'm not getting half my messages!" This particular location could take me the same day whereas the soonest availability for the northville store was 3 days away. So now that I've discovered this store. And Gabe's friendly customer service, I can't stop raving about this to my fellow Verizon wireless users. My only recommendation? Make an appointment. I did and my issue was resolved within 2 minutes. I'm not even kidding you. Six stars if I could rate that high from yelp. Thank you Gabe!

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I…read morewas sent here from Ann Arbor because the guy couldn't do what needed to be done for me without manager approval. I was told the store didn't close until 9, we walked in at quarter to 8 and were immediately helped. I explained that my phone had been stolen and the old phone I was using to get by no longer functioned correctly because of its age and lack of memory. Isa, the lady helping me opens the phone and finds zero pictures on it, telling me all my photos had been erased. I was upset and flustered from losing my phone and all my pictures. She gives me the options that I have, I can pay $260 to do the next upgrade on my phone or I can leave. Upset I said that this was ridiculous (pretty sure my exact words were, "I think that's bullshit." Especially since I've been a loyal ATT customer for almost 20 years.)and her response was, "Well I didn't lose your phone, I've given you your options, pick one." My option was to leave before I got myself in trouble. We get to the door and they'd locked it. Apparently they close at 8, not sure if the attitude and crap service I got was because she was done for the day or is she doesn't know what customer service actually is.
