Mind you, this was after I spent a full hour on the phone with an Apple tech rep who- after repeating the problem 274 times-continued to ask me "have you tried turning Bluetooth on?" So I decided to try Verizon, because there's no way they could offer worse customer service than an Apple "genius" marinating in his/her arrogance with painfully unironic blue hair and an Apple logo calf tat, making you wait four hours just to tell you you MUST spend $1200 on a brand new phone. I came into Verizon at 7 Pm when they close at 8 (in true douchelord fashion.. I'm very sorry!) & there was a 20 minute wait. Despite my annoying arrival time, I was greeted with nothing but kindness and helpfulness. While waiting, the manager (wish I could've gotten his name to give him the proper kudos!) was making rounds to those waiting offering to help them. I told him about my phone situation, & he was not only very diligent in helping me diagnose the problem, but was also SO nice & understanding. Because my phone was under warranty, he helped me quickly order a new one & even sign up for a future protection plan. **did you know verizon replaces lost or stolen phones under their protection plans?!
