Mind you, this was after I spent a full hour on the phone with an Apple tech rep who- after repeating the problem 274 times-continued to ask me "have you tried turning Bluetooth on?" So I decided to try Verizon, because there's no way they could offer worse customer service than an Apple "genius" marinating in his/her arrogance with painfully unironic blue hair and an Apple logo calf tat, making you wait four hours just to tell you you MUST spend $1200 on a brand new phone. I came into Verizon at 7 Pm when they close at 8 (in true douchelord fashion.. I'm very sorry!) & there was a 20 minute wait. Despite my annoying arrival time, I was greeted with nothing but kindness and helpfulness. While waiting, the manager (wish I could've gotten his name to give him the proper kudos!) was making rounds to those waiting offering to help them. I told him about my phone situation, & he was not only very diligent in helping me diagnose the problem, but was also SO nice & understanding. Because my phone was under warranty, he helped me quickly order a new one & even sign up for a future protection plan. **did you know verizon replaces lost or stolen phones under their protection plans?! They do!!* Once again, Verizon has proved that they are the best in both service & customer service. Thank you to this awesome store & the wonderful manager!

They refused to send out a final bill then I get notice that I am being turned over to a collection agency for non payment. BEWARE stay away from Verizon! Verizon replied they want to escalate and get me back-NO WAY. They did escalate. They gave me someone's phone number to call at the time she would be available. An answering machine answered in French. Sorry I do not speak French. When I did get in contact with someone from the management team they actually screamed at me-?? Our family switched over 4 lines initially because of the service being cheaper than Verizon which saves us a few bucks a month. I received the virtual gift cards from T-Mobile initially for my phone and my wife's phone to pay off the balance of our Verizon phones. This promotion was supposed to be supplied to my sisters phone whom lives in Michigan and I currently reside in GA, my sister went to this store and spoke to Mario whom she traded her phone to which was a rose gold iPhone 6s Plus and now received messages to her phone that T-Mobile has no record of her phone at all in the database and we can't receive a promotion WTF IS THIS? which has been a total pain in the ass to receive to say the least. We switched from T-Mobile early January and here we are late February and we have still not received our virtual gift card and they want to do a bill credit at the moment which does not help me at all paying Verizon. I don't care about a bill credit. How about you give me money from your check so i can pay Verizon since I have been literally been given the run around constantly. I've spoken countless times to Mario and the store manager Tabbatha supposedly whom we're supposed to follow up with the territory manager. about this issue with no follow ups. No follow up calls have been received from this store to fix this issue. Here we are on the 24th of February with no resolution in sight and if it were up to me i would have these individuals fired for lack of custodial responsibility. If the first phone my sister ordered was cancelled and i was instructed to order a new phone why wasn't the trade in applied to the new phone.l? It's not that hard to be do your job properly. Would i recommend T-Mobile? Never would i even if the devices and cell service was free. All i receive over the phone are countless fake promises with lackluster performance. Don't worry I'll get my money for the device even if i have to bring this to court because people are not doing their jobs. Is this how you treat your customers like trash on the side of the road.
