    In the past 48 hours, I have been on the phone with 6 agents over a total of 4.5 hours and…read morecounting. They went from turning a small problem into a much bigger one. I had to change apt units due to a problem in my apt, and while I plugged the modem in at the new apt and the internet was still working, I called to switch over the address. The first agent said that she changed the address and was going to send a newer modem, only to end the conversation with her and get an email saying the modem was enroute to the old address. Then I spoke to another agent who cancelled the new modem. Still, I noticed that my address was the old one, so I spoke with another agent. He said that I'd be contacted to switch the address and then put me on hold as he was processing something, then he disconnected. Today I called another agent who seemed to be setting up the old modem at the new address. Right at the end he disconnected. Then I was transferred to another agent who said that the reason the new address wasn't working was because the previous renter owed money on their account. That said, she had disconnected the old address, so now, over 4 hours later, I still have the wrong address and no working internet. She then transferred me to another agent who wasted another 30 minutes of my time without success. Now I've just been transferred to yet another agent...what an incredible waste of time!

But there was no posting of such policy on the door or on the signage on the desk. The manager proceeded to call an upline and came back with the same conclusion. So I am stuck with useless accessories that will never get used. This store has horrible service. And steals from it's customers by having such a horrible policy that only puts money in the owners pockets and out of the customers. Money is too tight to be scammed out of it for a greedy owner. And I will be making more posts all over social media until this is with Boost Mobile and it's franchises gets fixed.
