Not so good lately, they have a self pay machine that has not worked in 4 months. Used to be able to pay and go. Yesterday I showed up at 7 pm and they were closed, not cool. The sign says open until 8pm. I asked about the time and was told that they are supposed to be open until 8pm. They cut out early. So I wanted to pay my phone bill and internet bill and had to wait 35 minutes, they had 3 people working. Does not seem like a reasonable time to me. The staff that helped me was courteous and respectful. But I'm disappointed about them closing early, I had to make a special trip to pay yesterday and today, but because it took to long today I missed an other appointment. So that is how it goes. They used to be better than despite the negative reviews I use this facility, now they need to tighten up. At the very least stay open and fix the payment machine. read more

Made an appointment and went to store to get new iphone. The agent sat me down, then went in a corner, took of his mask, and SNEEZED. Then proceeded to take my id and give it back - gross and potentially criminal. This store is not practicing mask wearing, and is a hazard. STAY AWAY!! read more

On two occasions I was told by AT&T phone and chat support that I would need to come to this store, the closest corporate store to downtown Detroit where I live, because they were unable to help me on the phone or in chat that I would need to come into a store. On two occasions I came to the store and was greeted by the same pair of piss-poor attitude reps--both easily identified by their long, cheap-looking dread/braid extensions. "Sam" was what the back of his tablet was labeled--he didn't bother wearing a name tag, but hers said Ebony. On each of those two occasions she immediately started arguing with me, saying "I don't care what they told you on the phone, we can't help you here." On each end of this transaction on both occasions, someone was lying: AT&T corporate support, or these two clowns. I'm not much of a gambler, but in this situation I am certain where I'd place my bets. If you have the time, go anywhere else. The bad-day twins are sure to avoid lifting a finger for you at all costs. read more

If you find a good sales person than remember his name and make an appointment ahead of time! My experience at this location is hit or miss. Some sales people will add stuff to your order without properly notifying you, like the insurance for the phones. Nowadays it seems like att ties many of their deals with signing up for directv. Be careful and Check your paperwork to make sure everything is right. Today I couldn't even get what I wanted because there was a sign in their door that said they would open later??? read more

I recently went into both store locations 4501 Woodward Ave, Detroit and 22371 Gratiot, Eastpointe. As soon as I walked into both locations the male workers were discussing if I'm a "f@g" or not and how they don't f@ck with "F@gs". At the Woodward location the employees even joined another customer into the conversation. This company stands for hatred and harassment, as both managers on both occasions sat back and did NOTHING!!! read more

Make sure you schedule an appointment online to get faster service. If it's busy you might be waiting a half hour for first come first serve. Staff is very professional and personable. Went there for a new phone and was in and out quickly with an activated phone. The only con I can note is that they try to upsell you on services and products you didn't even come in for, it's done respectfully but I know what I'm there for and don't need to be sold on anything extra. I understand they're on commission though. Overall good experience. Customer service compared to Sprint and Verizon seemed to be much better. read more

We had a fiendishly complicated account transfer problem, requiring us to move four different AT&T accounts to a different person. Tyeisha and Fred were EXTRAORDINARY, working the system and making things happen to get everybody moved successfully. There were smart, kind, helpful and persistent. I hate this location. They never have what I need. They make up stories and change their story just to get you to buy items that are covered via warranty and they won't honor warranty. I was going to switch carriers until I found a much better location which is in Saint Clair Shores. Over there they know how to treat their customers and no lies with them. They actually care about the customers and you don't feel like just another sale. Please if you want to get treated right don't go to this store in Eastpointe, because they suck!! AT&T you guys are lucky to have Saint Clair Shores here because you would have lost a good customer which I have 5 lines with you guys and have brought much business to you guys with my business. I will say that Mr. Bates is a horrible manager and he don't need to be there!! read more

I went in to the store last week to inquire about adding home internet services to my wireless package and was told that I needed to wait over a week until someone could come out, and that there would be an $100 deposit to set up the installation date. So I paid $100 in cash to the guy who helped me and gave him my address and he told me the day and time to be home for the install. Well today is the day and when they never showed up I called customer service only to be told that the installation was cancelled due to lack of $100 deposit, WHICH I PAID IN CASH. I was also told that the deposit would have had to be paid on a card and cash was not accepted. So after over a week of waiting, a cancelled installation with no notice and paying $100 for something I had not received I came back into the store as that was what the customer service rep advised me. What a joke! So wasting more time and gas money I drove to the store to speak with the manager, Ebony while trying not to flip out because I was so frustrated. I explained to her what happened while she looked less than enthused and I even explained "I'm trying my best to contain my frustration" she comes back by saying "you really not" and walks into the back. When she comes back out I have her speak with the rep I was on the phone with and she politely tells him that she can handle it. Well after explaining my story for the third time she tells me "I'm going to have to look into it" and gives me a card with an account number on it. So here I am, sitting at this store being treated like trash by their 'manager' wasting time on my only day off waiting to see where my money is and why the hell they took it in the first place only to cancel my installation. I've tried calling supervisors of the home internet they offer and multiple other representatives only to no avail being told that only this store can handle it. So basically I spent $100 to get their services, waited a week, no one showed up and the installation got cancelled and no one including the store manager can track down the $100 I gave them and they are making me sit here while they "look into it." I am livid, and I expect not ONLY my $100 back but more than enough compensation for my time wasted, my money and gas money wasted and all of this frustration I've endured due to their lack of professionalism and training. I am appalled and will be reaching out to any and everyone I can until this is settled. read more

This store is okay but the company sucks. They rip you off for u-verse and cellular service. Get here early and no one is here.
