So why am I reviewing a two star office supplies chain store? It's going out of business soon and Yelpers will report this location is permanently closed and I'll lose my chance to pad my stats with this lame store. I was far from shocked to see this place is closing. The last time I was in here I distinctly remember thinking to myself this store isn't going to make it and I'd be surprised if it lasts another couple of years. Nobody shops here and the employees seem pretty used to that. They're tragically hard to find and comically disinterested. The last time I was in here was just to buy a box of inkpens and this long disused teenage part of my brain kicked into gear and I started mulling over just stealing them. It was almost like they were daring me to it. I ended up doing the right thing and waiting for an employee to finally emerge and cashing out. This store is so pathetic I came here a few months ago and half of the front parking lot was covered by a giant puddle of water. By the front doors they had a sign apologizing for the temporary inconvenience of all that water. Well, I came back two or three months after that and not only was the water not gone it had grown to the size of a full fledged pond covering almost the entire parking area in front of the store, leaving only a small strip on the side to park. Not a huge issue since as I said nobody goes here. There's not enough wildlife areas in Macomb County so it was very nice of them to install Lake Office Depot here. Two ducks looked very content just floated along and the water shimmered in the evening sun. So why two stars and not one? It's still a functional store, somewhat. I bought two file cabinets from here in the past year and I'm tempted to go looking for some going out of business deals. Also - this place is funny! I'll never forget the giant duck pond. Sadly, though, (or perhaps fortunately depending on how you look at it) the waterfowl habitat has shrunk back down to about half the parking lot as of Friday. Maybe once Office Duckpot is gone a fishing supply store can open here and they can bust up the concrete and make the lake deeper.

The next day i got a call that there was an issue, the screen cracked while they were repairing it. As a resolution to the issue they replaced it with another Samsung TV of the same size that they had that was newer and had more features. That's integrity. I'll definitely return here with any other repairs that I may need in the future.

The other 2 like this one have mainly to do with the lack of quality and customer care, so before you go here read up on what WE HAVE SHARED AND REMEMBER THAT IS WHAT THE REVIEWS ARE ALL ABOUT! Also before I paid (and I suggest you do this also) I looked over my rather pricey bill and called attention to the fact that my sales guy (Ron) had wrote 2 lines on my bill for installation: #1 Install alarm with remote starter. #2 on another line Installation of remote starter package. I would have paid the extra $200 if I had not thourghly looked over this purchase order! Real shady to me. Honest mistake or was it? write bill it. collect payment, before end of day remove it. Change the bottom line, pocket the extra $200 which balances bill??? So, I purchased to prestige alarms with remote start features for install on to vehicles. One my 1993 F150 XLT Long bed. Also my wifes 2003 F150 Xl. I also purchase a JL Audio W6v3 in a HO cabinet, a pair of pioneer 6 1/2 z series speakers and several sheets f ballistic sound mat. Close to $2000. My install on the stereo items. So my alarm and starter work fine. The wifes alarm was going off randomly. So the crew had me bring the vehicle in to have the sensitivity adjusted. I did and when we arrived back home the alarm went off in under an hour from the time we parked! We left the alarm off and the next morning (Sunday) I decided to perform a test. I set the alarm and timed it. 45 minutes to the second. Then again, and again and again. Not 44 minutes or 46 minutes but 45 minutes!.. Ron says time it again, when the alarm goes off hit the unlock button and count the number of chirps and that should be able to tell him what the problem is. Fast forward, I call Ron 'It was 4 chirps' Ok I'm a bit busy (they always are) let me get into the manual and call you back in a bit. Next day still no call. I call back and get to Ron, Oh I was just about to call you, I'm going to have to get it back here so we can diagnose and see what is going on with it. Ok so out of two trucks one alarm works and one does not. Lets switch subjects, I bring #2 in to have the alarm installed. This is my truck and I have to run my 0 gauge cable from batter to passenger compartment to run a couple of amps. With that in mind I show where I would like the hole drilled and a grommet installed for the siren feed (I intend to enlarge this hole to 1 /1/16" for a nice weather proof bushing for my cable later in the week. I inform them not to stik a knife through a rubber factory seal as they did on my wife's truck during her alarm installation. Now its time for me to begin my audio installation. The grommet they installed isn't even correctly installed in the firewall it is kind of forced in without being fully in the sheet metal correctly leaving bare steel to conductor contact! Then when I disconnect the siren I find that the ground wire they stripped literally has one strand of copper attached to the mounting self drill screw. the rest of the 18-20 gauge wire is just hanging loose! No but connectors no eye ring connector for ground just tie and tape. Why the $10 surrcharge for materials? Sorry but really sloppy including how wires are run and I have a cracked pillar trim (dont know if they did it but I don't know that they didn't and it was not noted. So over all I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don, (along with his two fellow TV geniuses) managed to fit me in their schedule! Amazingly, the issues with my current TV were diagnosed immediately, and the Trifecta of geeks had it working flawlessly. I am sending the new television back, and saving a bundle of money!! Everything was installed super clean, he even added a wall plate for my coax and ethernet to come through in my office so I didnt have to look at the ugly cable coming out of the floor (Thanks Comcast...).
