Sat in the store for about half an hour waiting for help only for them to make up additional charges that didn't apply online or in the store I visited after this. The attempts to add cost to my transaction appeared to be a successful attempt to get out of doing the work because it wasn't even presented in a way that it would be reasonable to pay it. They often have a better selection of phones than the other nearby stores, but If I can't get it at another nearby store I will just go with buying online before ever stepping foot in this place again.

So of course I took it to apple & they said, there is no way to fix this. I was crushed, as I was a new to iPhone/ apple user and hadn't backed up my phone . They told me there was a place in NY that could possibly retrieve my data, I was most concerned with the photos, but they said it could be upwards of 10k$$ . There was just no way. So I saved the phone hoping one day some tech savvy person would be able to breath life back into my phone & retrieve its memories. That day has finally come!!! I dropped my old phone that wouldn't even turn on to Rich. He made no promises but said he would try his best. It took almost a week, but was absolutely worth it!!! He was able to change out the whole housing of the phone & get it to turn on!!! Once I got there, I put in my 4 digit pin code & to my surprise it pulled up everything!!!!!
