Worst AT&T store in the area. I have 11 lines on AT&T so I'm very familiar with the stores and online customer service. This store is rude from the initial conversation. Sat in the store for about half an hour waiting for help only for them to make up additional charges that didn't apply online or in the store I visited after this. The attempts to add cost to my transaction appeared to be a successful attempt to get out of doing the work because it wasn't even presented in a way that it would be reasonable to pay it. They often have a better selection of phones than the other nearby stores, but If I can't get it at another nearby store I will just go with buying online before ever stepping foot in this place again. read more

Service was terrible, the lady with the hoops and cumbrella eyelashes was very rude, very dismissive, did not want to try and find a way to solve the problem, stayed on her phone the entire time, continued to talk down to me very condescendingly, and overall just had an attitude. My mother had ordered a phone on her plan and added me as an authorized user but one the stores end, i was not granted access. i don't understand why there are so many hoops to jump through to pick up a phone that a relative i live with purchased!! it's a phone, not a firearm, stop treating it as such. absolutely terrible. once i'm on my own i will never purchase from at&t ever again, just from this experience alone. i have never experienced worst customer service. read more

Manager here is absolutely the best but every employee is lazy and rude. They literally can't be bothered. No wonder at&t is failing

They're the worse when it comes to customer service. You ask them for help on a specific issue and they just say to call customer service. Bunch of lazy people who just sit around and do nothing. Why work in this field if you cannot do your job properly when it comes to your customers. Next time, I won't hesitate to ask for the manager and call corporate for the amount of lack of help coming from this location. Me and my boyfriend have dealt with way too much sh&$ for us to eventually wanting to switch to a different phone company. Don't get AT&T and these employees and AT&T customer services are trash. Madyson and Portia should not have a job that faces the public. They both have horrible customer service aptitude and should be fired. They need to both understand that customers pay their salaries and without customers, they don't have a job. If for any reason you need to do business in a store, don't got to Roseville and if you do, stay clear of these two. Surprisingly this is a "corporate store" so one would expect superior service. My experience was the complete opposite. This store is negatively impact the AT&T brand so in addition to this review, I'm sending a letters to the AT&T corporate office in Dallas to make them aware of the incredibly unqualified employees at this store. read more

This is the worst company. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They have gone against contract and after I over paid a bill that THEY messed up they made me pay and I had moved service from 100mbps they put me down to 5mbps and tried to make me pay the same amount. After long conversations over the phone they promised a credit of 130$. I just recieved a statement in the mail that they are STILL charging my account and now the 130$ went to 83$. I went to this AT&T store searching for a better price. I have a landline phone, internet and cable and I was paying far too much. I wanted to keep my landline phone and hoped to get a good price to bundle with my internet and cable. I spoke with the AT&T representative Lance. I explained my situation to Lance. Lance explained all the choices I had to bundle my package. Lance made several phone calls so that I could keep my landline phone as part of the bundle with internet and cable. At least a couple of phone calls were not helpful but Lance went on and checked other phone numbers to find out information and get me a bundle deal. I was in the store at least one hour as Lance called and checked to get me the best deal. Lance did not give up and got through to someone who gave him information to keep my landline phone to bundle with my package. Lance told me about the different promotions and packages, answered all my questions and even gave a demonstration of AT&TV which I really like. I received a great price to bundle all three of my services. Great service and all-round assistance by Lance! read more

AT&T is full of shit I order phones from these assholes I never got them and now bill collectors are calling my dads phone saying he owes 4000 for phones that wasn't received by the recipient I also have disputed the charges with my bank and when I ask their representatives for a corporate number they said there isn't one. LANCE WAS AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond for my family! T-Mobile was a nightmare to deal with, and Lance made transferring 3 phones to AT&T, a breeze. I do feel for the guy, he jumped through so many hoops for us (not even exaggerating)... but never showed discouragement. We came into the store 3 different times with issues, and his customer service was on point every time. Please, if there's any way for your company to acknowledge him, do it! The man deserves a raise! He is the epitome of great customer service! He really wowed us with his knowledge, patience and just overall customer service. I will admit, there is a little bit of a wait time to speak with someone, but it's only because they put so much effort into educating you about their plans and options to get you the best deal. So the wait time is definitely worth it. As soon as our contract is up with Comcast, we will be switching to AT&T for cable and internet. We will be telling all of our families about how awesome AT&T is, and they will be switching too! You couldn't ask for a better deal, and better customer service. First of all let me say my story is related to AT&T Internet service. We changed from DSL to UVerse internet. We also have Directv so first of all they neglected to cancel the DSL and were billing both accounts! Then they cancelled the DSL, BUT that account, which had $12 owing was credited a hundred bucks which was supposed to go to the other account and they cancelled the Internet! The phone customer support was very rude, in fact when we told then the bill was paid ( before we realized it waspaid to the wrong account!) they told us to PROVE IT when we said we paid it!they were just really rude and disrespectful. We went to twelve mile and gratiot and Z was very helpful and very nice. I give him a huge thumbs up, and if I could give him him an award for service above and beyond I would! The customer service there seems to be great. The one lady sat on the phone for us for over two hours trying to get out account straightened out, and the other gentleman sales man stood there talking to us keeping us company while we were waiting. There may be other sales people there not as good as these of course, but the ones I encountered there were wonderful. Phone service at ATT SUCKS though! read more

Bought new phone and IPAD from this store. Told I would have new cell phone with in 3-5 business days. After 3-5 business days looked into where my phone was order still hasn't been processed for delivery. Called to speak to someone in the store and got the your SOL piece and be patient. Called and attempted to speak to the manager as I wanted real answers. Left a message and still never called back this is now a week and a half. Started up the new IPAD and battery heated up. Contacted Apple about the IPAD and they advised to take it back to ATT store. Went back to the ATT store and the guy tells me that is normal. I advised that I spoke to Apple and they advised me to return. Salesman says oh it needed an update. Told him an update doesn't create the battery to heat up. He said there system was down and could get into my account. Said it should work fine now. Went home started up the IPAD and immediately heated up. Went back the next day and got another sales tech and then she advised that because we had a joint account both parties had to be present to change it out. I told her this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I said I have my receipt and you can see my purchase card number and showed her my card showing I was the one directly who purchased this. Still didn't change her mind. Asked for the manager who still never called me back from previous. Saleswoman told he he is busy. I became extremely aggravated I said I'm done with you guys in this store. Got up and walked out. Called the original salesman who left his cell phone with me from original purchase. Called and left him a VM and no call back.. The level of customer service at this store is appalling and now in the process of writing the corporate office. read more

Let start by saying that I've been a loyal customer to at&t for about 5 years now. After being there for an hour and a half and being very angry with the situation I was dealing with, I had been yelled at by a worker named J.D from across the room. Granted I may have been in the wrong for being so vocally angry; however, I work in costumer service so I know that how he handled me was very wrong. Yelling at someone from across the building to "watch their mouth" is unacceptable and not how someone in costumer service should handle things. Matching someone's attitude with more attitude solves nothing. It was not what was said, it was how it was said. He has no business working in costumer service speaking to an upset costumer who has been there for 5 years like they are a child. J.D also sent me away and very rudely told me he was a greater when I asked him for help. I do not appreciate being treated like this when I have spent so much time and money with a company. I plan on attempting to find a new store because this one hires men who are rude and do not know how to handle people when they are upset with THEIR company's issues. read more

Tiayum was very helpful. For some reason the 9 mile AT&T was not helpful at all. If your in the area and your deciding between the other stores, I would strongly recommend going to see Taiyum she is fantastic. read more
