She absolutely refuses to go to any other shop, even though there are many others that are closer. They not only assisted her when she was in need of a new phone, but also found options good for not only her need but also her budget. They provided the transfer of information as many others do, but also took the time to show her how to actually use some of her new phones features. The hours of operation are accurate, however at times there will be a sign showing that they will be back in a few minutes, when only one person is on staff. There is a parking lot and the storefront is highly accessible.

My experience was exceptional!…read more So a life time ago, I dropped my iPhone 4S & it died. I mean dead died. Not cracked just nothing. So of course I took it to apple & they said, there is no way to fix this. I was crushed, as I was a new to iPhone/ apple user and hadn't backed up my phone . They told me there was a place in NY that could possibly retrieve my data, I was most concerned with the photos, but they said it could be upwards of 10k$$ . There was just no way. So I saved the phone hoping one day some tech savvy person would be able to breath life back into my phone & retrieve its memories. That day has finally come!!! I dropped my old phone that wouldn't even turn on to Rich. He made no promises but said he would try his best. It took almost a week, but was absolutely worth it!!! He was able to change out the whole housing of the phone & get it to turn on!!! Once I got there, I put in my 4 digit pin code & to my surprise it pulled up everything!!!!! When I got home, I poured through the photos & videos of when my kids were little & was able to read some old text messages from dad, he passed away a little over a year ago & let's just say this fix was not just AWESOME, but invaluable to myself & my family. ***** If you have read this far, please go see my hero, Rich @ cellular repair center.
