I am locked into a 3 year contract that I cannot get out of, I am paying $350 a month vs the $150 I was paying for faster internet, and finally I am not forced to buy another internet service and just use this for our VOIP lines. So not only do I have to pay for another internet, I have to do this for three years. They have given us nothing but trouble since we started, never return our multiple calls or emails. We have been told on multiple occasions that they would be happy to double our internet speed, with no help to call clarity, for an additional $250 a month.
