In preparation for installation of a new deck on my house I ended up up hiring Able Junk removal…read moreand Dumpsters to remove my old Hot tub. This is a small family run business where the owner, Chris Everly, is quite friendly and outgoing and has very fair and competitive pricing in comparison to other junk removal companies in the area. He held to his pricing/quote even as the job unfolded where my hot tub design was more difficult and time consuming than he had anticipated based on the unique design of my Caldera Spa (Loose blown insulation versus typical solid foam) and the fact that the underlying structure had water logged and rotted over time greatly complicating the job. Throughout this protracted job, Chris and his son were upbeat and positive and at the end of the day honored their quoted price where others would have pressured for additional money. This spoke volumes to me on this mans integrity where you wish this would be the norm but all too often is not. The other key thing I greatly appreciated was the effort they put in to clean up all the loose blown in insulation at the end of the job, which literally was everywhere, where they left me with a clean deck and reminded of a cardinal rule I learned long ago as a young engineer that "you always leave a clean workspace at the end of the day". Nice! Overall I am a big fan of this company and strongly recommend that you consider these guys for any Junk removal project you might have for all the reasons I stated. You will not be disappointed. Five stars in my book all day long!

I'm a guy with zero sense when it comes to buying jewelry for my gal. Luckily for me, Lucido was…read morethere to help. They were my first stop when I started looking at engagement rings simply because they were close to my office, but after my experience with them I'd gladly drive out of my way to go back in the future. They helped me fine tune what I was looking for during that first stop in by showing me a wide selection of engagement rings without pressuring me to buy at all. This is something I can't say about the other jewelry shops I visited while searching for an engagement ring. Those "other places" which shall remain nameless pushed me to buy from the moment I stepped into the store. So after doing my research at a variety of shops, I ended up going back to Lucido because of their great selection of beautiful jewelry, willingness to work with me on the price, and their overall helpful, friendly customer service. Lucido is a prime example of how great customer service goes a long way in building loyal customers. I was so pleased by that initial experience that I've gone back to them on multiple occasions for other items and we even bought our wedding bands there! I worked with a number of the staff at the Birmingham location, and they were all great, but I have to single out one: Sahrob Jabero. Sahrob has been absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the last year or two. Over the course of multiple visits and a lot of emails, she really helped me find the perfect engagement ring that my now-wife absolutely adored when I presented it to her and still cherishes to this day. Sahrob has continued to be super helpful and friendly every time I've gone back for other items, which is a large part of the reason I keep returning. I can't say enough about how great she was to work with and would recommend any person starting their engagement ring search (or looking for any other jewelry) go see her today! Thanks Sahrob!

I ordered a Rolex and she sends me texts every 6-9 months that I should be getting it, soon. She then had me come in at different times(5X) and tries to hustle me, by trying to sell me some of their jewelry that has about as much value as a fake diamond. Each time I came the hustle started with, my watch is coming and they I should buy something new for my wife. I'm there for the new Rolex. Once again? I have wasted my time and her texts continue with her bull shit and deceit. After waiting 3 years, I still have no Rolex from Lucido's and she continues to send me her BS texts. I finally tell her to get lost and she plays the blame game. Candace might look good, play the game-good, with her little gold Rolex, but she is your typical clown full of a masquerade of dishonesty and circus games. My advice? This is a clown show! They know their diamonds are worthless. Buy a 10K diamond on Monday and on Friday, the most any jeweler is gong to give you is $500. There is absolutely no resale value in diamonds. They are a scam!
