Every step of the process there was clear, professional and prompt service. We couldn't be happier with the services provided. Tim, Trenton and Tyler treated our possessions like their own, asked lots of questions and didn't hesitate to adjust along the way. There was alot of time/attention put into packing the trucks to assure our items arrived safely. There was no damage to anything! When the moving truck filled up quickly, Tim suggested he grab another truck from nearby so the move could be completed in one day. We appreciated that foresight and not adding an extra day to the moving process. It was one long day and these guys never stopped moving and went above and beyond assisting with disassembly and reassembly, furniture placement, organizing and cleanup. I highly recommend them and assure you will not be disappointed. We will be using them again in a few months to move us to our new home once the construction is completed.

Monday is our pickup day and I was doing yard work when an item was accidently pickup with the rest…read moreof the bagged items. I caught the truck to late my item was crushed. The fellows on the truck were very sympathetic but could do nothing. I called Marcotte Disposal office where a nice lady listened to my story and said she would call back the next day after review of the truck camera. J --, called back the next day and we agreed it was a 50-50 issue, I had placed the pail close to the road and the fellows were just being helpful in picking up all items. We agreed to split the lost on a 50-50 basis. The reason I am writing is this was not a large issue and Marcotte handled this in a very professional manner . They could have dismissed my issue and none the wiser, however they did not and I am very pleased we still have family run companies like Marcotte in Sarnia.

Yesterday had the joy of watching one of their employees rip the attached lid off of our garbage…read morecan and chuck it into our yard. Absolutely disgusted. Called them right away and was told by the female that answered the phone that I was allowed to have an attached lid on my garbage can and that someone would be contacting me back soon. Day later and still nothing until I leave a negative review on their FB page. Just got off the phone with Randy who justified my personal property being destroyed because his employees have had a rough week. Apparently their own employees don't even know their own "rules". Randy told me that you are not allowed to attach your garbage can lid to the can. Now we are left with animals getting into the trash or searching for the lid when it is carelessly tossed. Great resolution! Another unknown rule of theirs is that their employees are not allowed to speak to the public. Nice!

So I called D&M Landscaping... They were super nice and able to accommodate me with little notice, their pricing was the best I found. The guy who delivered it was very friendly as well!
