Today is a case in point: it had been some weeks since we had been in contact. My computer hit the dust (so to speak). Rich answered my email, and my dilemma resolved. Within minutes he figured out that it wasn't me, it was my router, and proceeded to do that geeky voodoo that he does so well, and like magic, it worked! That, plus his quick response time, his patience, and his incredible sense of humor are only a few reasons why I highly recommend him to anyone who is having computer or network issues. Knowing I've got Ryan as my Official IT Witch Doctor, I'm no longer frustrated or afraid the world is going to end when stuff isn't working right on my home network. He has saved me headaches on multiple occasions, and has been kind enough to not shrink my own head in the process. :)
